Hi crypto newbies

I've put together a collection of resources I've collected over the past couple of years from understanding blockchain to understanding the difference between layer 1 and layer 2 scaling. I've also got stuff about development of smart contracts, exchanges, security best practices, and wallets in there. Also dumped the a16z crypto canon in there and categorized into the proper portal categories.

Would love to get the BitcoinTalk community's feedback on this, and I hope you guys find it useful.

Please add ICO support. Eg BLT ICO just started and would be great to be able to manually enter the token symbol and ETH pairing.

Couple of questions:

1) Is there any way to change the payout threshold of 0.001 BTC?

2) Is there a general consensus regarding best (read: most profitable) payment method? eg PPS+ vs. PPLNS
