In effetti la regolamentazione manca nello specifico, quindi sto trovando difficoltà anche a trovare un iter effettivamente corretto per fare tutto ciò... in assenza di regole è facile sbagliare ma è anche difficile fare le cose correttamente...

sono nuovo del Forum e spero di non chiedere una cosa magari già affrontata, ma non ne ho trovato traccia in altri post.

Questa è forse più una domanda da forum di legge che di criptovalute, m mi chiedevo se un privato (magari cittadino italiano), a livello legale può scriversi un sorgente di un utility token e dispiegarlo sulla blockchain, con la possibilità di quotarlo negli exchange. A cosa va incontro? Deve costituire una società prima di fare tutto ciò? C'è qualche esperto in materia?
