I sent that transaction from Electrum 2.9.3 yesterday. The source has confirmed amount.

First the fee was low, then I increased it to 1.77778 mBTC/kb,
and changed the transaction from RBF to final. It has been pending for 11 hours already,
although for the fee in [0.0017,0.0018] range, https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ estimates
confirmation in 10-240 minutes.

When increasing the fee, I changed the transaction to "final". Maybe I shouldn't have done it?
My reasoning was that since non-RBF transaction has the disadvantage that fee cannot be changed,
and non-RBF is provided as an option, it should have some advantage over RBF, so I
thought it could be faster.

Please help, I'm new in blockchain (started 3 days ago).
