Any miners in Nor Cal?  Tier 1 of power rates is 19 cents ( covering base home use). Miners get charged at Tier 2 rates of 27 cents. Daily charges for 800W L3+ is $5.18 
Anyone experience this? Is there a way around it in Nor Cal?

Am thinking about placing L3+ in garage and getting Ethernet through a Powerline Adapter. Has anyone tried it . Does it worK?
