When mining ergo the miner is sending incorrect size of nonce2. It should only send a hex encoded nonce with length of 8 characters but the miner is sending 9 characters.
It is all happening on all my GPUs so it is not a bad GPU. GPU is not overclocked and running on stock settings/bios.

Hi, It is good to know! For both speed and consumption there are differences, for that GPU. Although they are not the same, they look less dissimilar if one looks at efficiencies. It is always better to let miniZ run for a bit, so that it can be closer to a steady state. The average tends to be pretty stable making it easier to compare. Thank you for the feedback. Does miniz uses the "forkheight2" value returned after logging in and then compare it to the returned block height on jobs or is it hardcoded for the 777777 blockheight for BEAM? I am testing it on a testnet pool and it is not using the correct algo for the testnet since the testnets blockheight is still below 777777.

We're pleased to release Bminer 16.2.2. * Improve the performance of Ethereum mining on AMD GPUs. * Retire ZEC miner. * Improve stability of the Cuckatoo32 miner. * Support automatic transition to BeamHashIII. * Improve compatibility with Windows. Please see https://www.bminer.me/releases/ for more details. Happy mining. for automatic transition to BeamHashIII I must use beamhash2? Use beam to automatically select correct algo. That is what the website says ( https://www.bminer.me/examples/) bminer -uri beam://3FfuYv6SNge5Vm5onsiqts7hoYNA2kfvmM@beam.usa.nicehash.com:3370 </small>
When you specifies `beam` as the scheme of the URI, bminer will automatically mine using the BeamHashIII algorithm when the upcoming hard fork is implemented.
## Specifying devices
You can specify which cards that Bminer should mine on using the `-devices` options. While Bminer runs on the NVIDIA cards by default, you can prefix the device IDs with `amd:` to run on AMD cards. For example:

Can this miner mine Zen protocol? It uses a sha3 which is just an updated version of keccak.
|
|
|
If its friendly to ASIC then I think it is no longer friendly to GPU as Asics will dominate the hashrate.

Hmm... Interestingly, thread admin deleted all of his posts on this thread, we can see the evidences from how quoted post of his from every users on this thread is no longer existed.... and that his post history is clean. i wonder what's the reason behind this, and if it's any indication toward exit-scam
On one of his messages he said that they do not have a dev tax but I think the announcement was updated and now a dev tax has been added so he deleted the message. Thanks for the great questions...
Bitgrin has a Dev tax - we don't. They also divert block rewards involuntarily from miners. Epic has 100% for miners and zero compulsory Dev tax or fundings.
Our project is prefunded for two years already and the startups building on our system will begin earning revenue by serving actual customers within months.

Would like to setup a pool for this. Do you have discord?

mining algorithm ? POW ?
Looks like its gonna be CryptonightR but we need official confirmation.

|
|
What exactly was the problem? Is it the nonceprefix parameter on job messages?

Do we have any pool to mine on sha256 for now?
What you talking about? This is just ERC token (they still dont have own blocjkchain). And there will be POS mining as I understand. Really no POW mining?

This looks interesting everyone looks pretty positive about this new project. PoW mining, AMD OR Nvidia Who better support?
Based on actual WildKeccak algo, AMD are about 25-30% more efficient than Nvidia for $ per hash. But Nvidia stays a good pick, notably for the 1080ti. Is wildcekkak based on keccak/sha3? I have only mined keccak before and Nvidia seems to be more effecient than amd but that is for plain old keccak only
