1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What’s Your Profit Goal in Sports Betting – 100% Daily or 10% Daily? on: September 03, 2025, 03:47:13 PM
I can not assume how would I act from sport betting pro position, because I am neither pro gambler, not often sports bettor, but for sure I would not be satisfied with 10% daily profit. This is only one 1.10 bet, which is an absurd bet to make. I would end betting if I double my deposit (taking into consideration if I deposit-withdraw every time), however I would also be happy to see 50% profit. I would better take less and return, than risk or repeat and lose all.

Accumulating consistent and stable profits is always better than chasing a single big win. Dissatisfaction with small wins is a dangerous psychological trap, triggered by memories of past losses. This lures players into tempting, misguided strategies like the Martingale, forcing them to continually double their bets to cover losses. However, if the Martingale is applied incorrectly, the risks involved will also be higher.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Matchday 3 - Premier League Discussion Thread 2025/2026 on: September 03, 2025, 01:28:37 PM
Isak is the only one that comes to the Liverpool during the transfer deadline. Guehi's deal was off due Palace rejected his move to the Liverpool in the last minutes after they received a threat from Glasner to resign if they sell Guehi. Guehi feel so unhappy at this moment.  Cheesy

Typically, players who have reached personal terms with another club but the current club refuses to grant permission to leave will often exhibit indiscipline. Hopefully, this doesn't happen to Gueshi. He's still young and should focus on his performance. If Liverpool are still monitoring him, as long as he doesn't cause any problems with Crystal Palace, they might try to make another offer in the winter transfer window.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots or Casino are designed for people to lose. on: September 03, 2025, 01:08:12 PM
There’s money to make in the casino the only problem is just casino always win due to house edge but that doesn’t mean there’s zero chance player will have profit.

If there were zero wins, there would be no such thing as a gambler. However, the winnings earned by users are smaller than casino owners, and this is beyond dispute. I'm not sure, but let me know something, if it's possible for a casino to profit $100,000 in a single day, while winnings reach $200,000? Of course, this doesn't happen every day. Logically, if there's a consistent profit, it implies there's a system in place where the casino can determine the random winner and may have max winner can be set. However, if there's a single negative period, this might be more organic, right? CMIIW

5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tokenized Stocks: A Step Toward Breaking Barriers? on: September 02, 2025, 03:44:41 PM
Besides liquidity, real-time asset verification is crucial, and this must be developed by the company itself. let say, value of ownership stock data from official institutions can be automatically pulled into the blockchain by the system and removed the traditional stock ownership value from their traditional data . This way, anyone can directly verify the 1:1 collateral of the token at any time, without relying on manual audit reports and preventing double ownership. The process is completely transparent and anti-manipulation.

Although there are browsers have auto translate feature especially in  updated mobile browsers, if possible make the page in English language by default, i guess anyone here can understand english by far.

Hi, It should be English by default, I will check why it happens. in case it show Indonesian, you can click the english button and no need to use auto translate feature from browsers.

Congratulations

But hey, why dont you create a browser extension?

Thank you...
Another member asking me about this too, so i will thinking about, for now i want to focus for the site first, since i got several input that need some improvement.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Lega Serie A 🇮🇹 (Italian League) Prediction Thread 2025/2026 ⚽ on: September 02, 2025, 11:25:32 AM
AC Milan closed the summer transfer window with the acquisitions of Adrien Rabiot and David Odogu. AC Milan has been very active in the transfer market this season, but they have managed to control their spending. Despite bringing in several new players, AC Milan transfer value remains surplus compared to other Serie A teams.

Thank you for trying out this new version. I'm so glad you and the other members are so enthusiastic about this tool. Regarding your feedback:
1. I will try to implement a horizontal line without separators
2. For fixed width, you need to set the border width, For text that automatically creates a new line, it will calculate the length of the sentence, then break it up for balance and add space. i think, custom version maybe able do more to implement your idea.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: September 01, 2025, 02:21:08 PM

It's unlikely they'll follow the path they took last season. This will be a very different team compared to last year. I honestly also think Chelsea can do very well and even an Italian team could make a great surprise, and it could be Juventus.

Many teams struggle at the start of the season, and that's normal. But defending the UCL title is different. Most of last season's champions struggled more often in the UCL, making it impossible for them to defend their title. This isn't a myth, but a fact. So far, only Real Madrid has successfully defended their UCL title. The worry is that after winning, some player feel their target already achieved, so it's like someone who said "keep trying your best but if you can't be the champion, the important thing is that you tried". I hope I'm wrong, and PSG makes an epic comeback.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots or Casino are designed for people to lose. on: September 01, 2025, 01:52:33 PM
To make it clear, casino was designed to make people have entertainment playing it using their money.

Casino games has a house edge which means players will most likely lose the more they play. It’s understandable because casino is a business which means they need to have profit in able to continue their operations and provide entertainment.

Games is designed to make casino always win

Your statement is correct. Casinos operate as businesses with an advantage with house edge, which guarantees their long-term profits not for loss  Grin. For gamblers, the key is not to beat the system or blame the casinos, but they must focus to control themselves. Treat gambling as entertainment at a predetermined cost, not as a way to make money. Set a loss limit from the start, and when that limit is reached, accept the loss as a cost of entertainment. Avoid the temptation to continue playing in the hope of winning back your money, as that tendency often leads to greater losses.

13  Other / Meta / [TOOL] Table Generator - Custom Styled Tables for Bitcointalk! on: September 01, 2025, 05:11:04 AM

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a tool to make it easier for you to create tables for posts. It may not be optimal yet, but it's working so far.

What this generator can do:

Custom Generator: Create tables from scratch with many styling options (borders, colors, etc.).
  • Excel Converter: Have data in Excel? Just upload it and it will automatically become a BBCode table. Currently, it only supports simple data.
  • CSV Converter: Copy and paste CSV data to convert it into a table.
  • HTML Converter: Convert tables from HTML to BBCode.

Quote
Styling and output have been optimized for the Bitcointalk forum, as the idea originated there.

For Ready-to-Use Templates:

This tool also provides several ready-to-use templates to speed up table creation, such as:
  • Football Match: For match schedules and results.
  • Table with List: For creating lists within table cells without styling.
  • Smart List Table: A table with advanced borders that can automatically handle multi-row cells and contain list. Auto cut long text to create new line.
  • And several other standard templates.

Estêvão and Palmer aren't actually playing in the same positions. One is RW and the other is AM. While Palmer was absent Maresca decided to put Pedro in Palmer's place and Estêvão on the right wing.

Did it work? Yes, it really did. Pedro still did a great job there. As for Estêvão, he still needs to get better. However his quickness is really helping with organizing dangerous attacks. He is only 18 so we'll see how much he improves...

Estevao and Palmer do have differences in the lineups. However, what's more important is how a player maintains team balance, especially when not yet in the starting lineup. Although Palmer typically plays an attacking midfielder, both have the flexibility to play on the right wing. Well, Chelsea can put in a solid performance without Palmer so far, as Estevao has shown his capabilities in his first two appearances, including the win against Fulham.

If you want, you can become an Arsenal supporter because you have your own choice and thinking, which no one can say is wrong, but you can definitely talk about their performance and wins.

Even though I often doubt about Liverpool performance, even in this week's match, my heart remains with them. But if the trophy doesn't come to Anfield, I hope Arsenal win it. I'd rather see them celebrate than other teams like Chelsea, City, or MU.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Lega Serie A 🇮🇹 (Italian League) Prediction Thread 2025/2026 ⚽ on: August 31, 2025, 01:36:28 PM
By the way Inter scored 20 more goals than Napoli last season but still Conte lifted the trophy. Let's see if it'll be a similar case with Chivu too.  Roll Eyes

According to his comments in the media, Chivu will rotate his players more frequently, ensuring his strategy doesn't rely solely on his first-team players but he will have more options. While this strategy may make it difficult for opponents to predict his formation, the questions is, will it be effective in securing three points? If it's effective, even if doesn't score many goals, consistent wins will be able to achieve what Conte get last season. of course, it's hard, but no one can predict the reults at the end of season.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can 25x position ever work out to profits on: August 31, 2025, 12:15:17 PM

The fact that it's better to aim for consistent and realistic returns rather than aiming for huge gains is an advice more people need to hear.

But it's more difficult for them to achieve hundreds of percent profits  Cheesy. Futures are always the choice for beginners to get profit (even just on their mind), because what they see on social media is the extremely high returns from futures and memes. Meanwhile, they haven't yet learned the risk of loss. a social media post appears a few days ago, but new traders who see it today immediately open a position in the same coin, and hoping for the same results, the market trend may have changed drastically, so they are entry with wrong positions already and making them loss a lot of money. IMO, new traders are turning to futures because social media influencers are more likely to broadcast profits from futures than spot.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do if offline casino refuses to cash out winning? on: August 31, 2025, 12:04:36 PM
If the law still prioritizes its citizens, then if this happens, it's better to take legal action. The money won is legal, as there's no indication of fraud. Whether online or offline, the actions should be the same. However, this can be difficult, as casinos can fabricate evidence to invalidate the winnings in court, especially in countries with flawed laws. It could be that the Casino has more money than the winner, and the winner may lose in a country that already does not have proper courts.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Matchday 3 - Premier League Discussion Thread 2025/2026 on: August 31, 2025, 11:56:26 AM
I think the amount of football fans that actually wants Arsenal to win this Premier League title is more because even the non Arsenal fans wants them to atleast be compensated for the try and success that they have tried to hold unto in terms of winning the Premier League but always at the last minute things don't just add up for them as they always fall off the competition and give the chance to their rivals like Liverpool and Manchester city.

Although I'm not an Arsenal fan, I've followed Liverpool since the Gerrard era in the Premier League. Considering Arsenal haven't won a league title in over two decades, and have come close in recent seasons, I think they truly deserve to be champions again.

I'm very enthusiastic about Arsenal's progress, although inconsistency is often the cause of their failures, and they need to improve immediately. That way, they can capitalize on mistakes made by strong teams like Manchester City, Chelsea, and Liverpool to widen their gap at the top of the table.
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin withdrawal suspension saga: why self custody is the best on: August 31, 2025, 07:59:24 AM
Firstly I see no reason why someone on this forum that has ranked enough to be in a signature campaign would receive bitcoins directly to their exchange address and worse of it all a centralized exchange. -snip-

Sometimes people decide to use an exchange wallet address to avoid fees. As we know, when transactions are busy on the blockchain, we have to spend more money to get confirmations faster. I considered using the same method when BTC fees were over $20 during the BRC-20 boom. I almost did it, but I decided against it because if I used an exchange wallet and the wallet address in my account suddenly changed, I might lose my payment. So, for me, it was better to pay fees than lose everything.

For instance, I think Bitget is a solid option.

Even though Bitget has been working to improve its reputation, I still can't accept it as my primary choice. I have no issues with Bitget; I still use it occasionally when I need low-volume tokens markets to make a small profit from pump and dump scheme . Currently, I mostly use Binance and OKX. Before, Bybit was hacked I mostly use them as alternative, because of that case it's been a few months I'm not open Bybit anymore.
