I got EV'ed the other day in matter of hours.

Well, to be precise, I complain because I did deposit my funds to ethconnect.net and with ICO finished (and me not getting to buy any tokens) I cannot withdraw my funds now. The wallet is either maintained or reports that I should use a valid BTC address (which I am using btw).

There is no real support channel and it all stinks.

And as far as I cant tell by reading these pages, I'm not the only one.

So, I've just witnessed the countdown timer being reset from 00:00:00 to 3:15:00 and the number of sold tokens increased instantly for 250k.

Now it's highly unlikely that the sale happened at that speed.

I'd like to withdraw my funds, but the wallet part is under maintenance for quite some time. I really pi**ed off at your incapability to scale your project properly and/or to play it fair. First it took days for the funds to be registered, then hours to access the site (with and without the VPN), then problems with 2FA and now no chance to buy the tokens.

When will the wallet be operational again so that I can withdraw the funds?

Another user here who tried unsuccessfully to buy the tokens for the past two days.
I would really appreciate if the HBC management could do us a favor and limit the sales to up to 500 tokens with a larger window.

If I have to spend hours trying to get my tokens I might as well just give up and withdraw my funds because so far it's been everything but fun for me.
