答：传统的上市公司年报的财务报表，是由会计律师事务所审计并署着是否有保留意见。而ICO的项目，明明有利润，却瞒报虚报财报，用低价回购，小气分红，低价值奖励，侵害投资人利益，这种行为有什么机制保障投资人利益，靠担保方，不太现实。不知有何完备的机制来证明执行团队的诚信。

问题4，很多项目的代币，被赋予了很多功能，可以有股权、债权、分红、奖励，被回购的属性。这么多的功能所用的协议，编程的复杂度，是否完备无忧？
答：看过几篇科普文章，技术的复杂度不是我能理解的。有不少是基于以太币的开源做开发。可还是有些是来自自雇的庞大区块链编程团队从零打造。
或者不是从零打造，但也应该是有程序库的。如果这些东西是开源的还好，如果不是开源的，那么别的发行人想要利用其软件，进行项目特征完全一致的ICO，岂不是要花程序员团队的很多时间和精力。不知道这种事有没有方便、可信、靠谱、高效的第三方团队和平台，有能力做技术支持呢。

次日更新：通过另一论坛的朋友提示后，我仔细计算了此网站公布的用户收益公式，我的理解是：
用户收益是按G为单位计算的，除非这网站的矿机永远处于不断更新换代的情况，使单位能耗的产出不断扩大，
否则用户会入不敷出以至放弃提币，网站的矿机会关机。但是此网站竟然有用旧矿机，说明这条不成立。所以他们这条路很可能走向失败。
