Again folks, stop whining.

Just successfully completed a payment by going through my account, paying via zipzap (moneygram), and I'm trading with the cash already in Gox.  Previous transaction still pending, but if they wanted to screw me would they be processing my payment just now?

No.

Let them do their jobs, nobody is losing their money.  Too many whiners in this community who are ready to throw the towel in every time a decent company has a reasonable delay.

My lastest order processed by the time i got to the car. Btc was spendable. Fastest ever since ive been using them.
Im not worried at all about my pending backlogged order. I dont spend my last dime on btc. I have real money.

These guys havent lied to me yet. I dont have a clue whats goin on behind the scenes, but ive seen backlogs clear in the past.

Funny thing is...

You guys gave money to a company with a 350 page support thread. Then had the audacity to blame them lol. Research could have saved you your misery. Me.. im happy happy happy. Im going to go place another order in a bit. Yay.

So, if i go do another moneygram order.... it will work?? GARETH, you say recent are goin through fine.... so if i do another order, itll work, while im waiting for you all to manually push the backlogged ones??

It should work fine yes, recent orders are executing same as always with only the odd issue due to typoed bitcoin addresses etc.

Thank you, im going down now to pay a smaller moneygram  and see if it works.

It does mean squat, if you know what they asked for and what they said.

I'm hurting. I really thought that bitinstant would at least respond personally after the thousands upon thousands I've spent on them. Here I am 24 hours later, and they've shut down the support question/answer page. Haven't responded to my email. And basically blamed me personally for 'clogging up their system' because I posted my problem on 3 locations. *(question page, emailed them, and here).

I understand they have issues. I get it. But they should be updating hourly with progress, refund options, etc.

Its been 12 plus hours, and I know of no one that has had a single issue fixed, or an update to let us know an estimate of when this will be resolved. I put  ALOT of phreekin faith into these guys. I never thought I'd be let down.... not like this. Not with $500.

Whats the deal?

I deposited at the local CVS as I've done numerous times, and this is the first time that its not went through. *(probably $5-10,000 in the past 6 months) ZipZap confirmed successful payment, and now bitinstant is showing errors. I didn't request MTGOX transfer, as I sent it to blockchain.info wallet....  Below is the copy/paste of it. Please fix this ASAP. I have the most important order of my life, no joke. It must be completed tonight, or else I'm in an entire world of trouble. I have a huge amount of trust in you all. Please don't let me down. I'm posting this in the Q/A section, as well as on bitcoin talk, to make sure that it reaches the correct person to get it fixed. thanks!
