2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So I want to get into trading. on: August 20, 2018, 04:19:16 PM
Obviously, I need BTC to get in but it seems like everything is high right now.  Should I wait till BTC is < 2k? Or ETH < 200? I'd like to get in and start trading alt coins.  But for me to maximize my profits in USD I need to wait till BTC is at a reasonable cost.  Or do you guys see it climbing to 3k in the next couple of months?

Wellcome, I think There is no unicorn in this world. It is a very profitable platform but you need to learn about trading without learning you can’t make a good result in trading
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: minimum amount to start trading? on: August 20, 2018, 04:17:02 PM
What was the amount with which you started trading
I mean your very basic investment and was that your extra money or required money?

There no minimum amount. it is all about profit percent. You can start trading with $100 as your capital. But if you want to do long term investment, the more you have money, the more you will gain. But with $100 you can start trade with choose some coins as your trading target.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: August 20, 2018, 04:09:05 PM
All those FUDsters that where saying year ago how Bitcoin would fail because another currency would take over get proven wrong year after year. The more time Bticoin is alive, the stronger it gets and the bigger the network effect. Sorry but there will not be a Bitcoin 2.0. Bitcoin will go to 100k+ per coin in the next 5 to 10 years, it will absorb all the value researched in the field if not directly through protocol improvements then through sidechains.

Bitcoin will remain the only solid coin. The only coin that survived for the longest time (other coins can't claim this unless they invent a time machine).
There will be alts that pump really hard and make people millionaires, but no alt is going to surpass Bitcoin's strength and solidity. No coin will get a bigger marketcap. In the long term people holding 21+ BTC will be rewarded by history with rich-tier status for seeing the value in it before most people did. Do not let the FUDsters trick your mind or the trolls try to derrail the excellent job being done by Core devs.

Let's continue then our path towards inevitable triumph.

I think Bitcoin doesn't have any competition to grow high. Altcoins are a form of digital currency to serve the same functionality similar to bitcoin. Altcoins too emerge as an development in technology based on the same blockchain technolo
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency? on: August 20, 2018, 03:56:47 PM
Although there are a few countries who uses bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies now, I cannot help but wonder if the world is truly ready for this digital currency? It will certainly be hard to replace all currencies in the world but it could happen in a decade or so, perhaps even less? Still the question is, is the world ready? I think if this happens it might be one of the biggest changes that will happen worldwide.

Well,  i don't think so. because in my opinion there are still many countries that have not provided clear regulation about bitcoin even in some countries bitcoin is prohibited from being used
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: August 20, 2018, 03:53:28 PM
I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

well, i think you should provide us some proven links or site to support your topics so that the readers and critics will have full understanding about the full plan of bitcoin, whole roadmap and the very goal of bitcoin now and in the future.

8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Right time to buy a lot of bitcoin. on: August 20, 2018, 07:32:53 AM
I think now is the right time to buy more bitcoin because the price is very low,  but I think after a while bitcoin price will rise again and if we buy  more now we cant make more money in the near future. What do yo think?

Probably it is high time to buy bitcoin though bitcoin has created for digital transactions but nowadays peoples uses it as a investment. btc price gonna high just because it's high demand.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India closes doors for Crypto Currency on: August 20, 2018, 07:23:08 AM
According to recent news, RBI which is India's central banking institution has advised to stop transactions from any crpto exchanges. This will stop the buying and selling of bitcoin and changing into local currency. Official statements hint more bad days for bitcoin.

For more info, check : https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/wealth/personal-finance-news/your-bank-will-not-allow-you-to-buy-bitcoins-anymore/articleshow/63627123.cms

I also heard that news. it is too bad to hear this kind of news.india is afraid to taking risk. according to some survey 40% of indian people involved in cryptocurrency.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN = FUTURE on: August 19, 2018, 11:00:12 PM
Who is that person who would not invest in his or her future? what awaits such kind of person, i asked about 50 friends and their answer was POVERTY, some says DISASTER.

It is normal for people to be scared as they are not sure of what the future holds, they panic, they fear as no one knows tomorrow, we are uncertain of what would become of us in the next 10 minutes.

The only way we could atleast be sure of a better future is by investing greatly into the future, we invest our resources, our strength, we go against our parents sometimes to pursue what we think is better for us that would be beneficial to our Tomorrow.

                                                          BITCOIN = FUTURE

I believe so much in Bitcoin that i staked all of my resources, i had to even talk to my wife to allow us sell our house so we could invest in our future and that of our children and i must tell you that it is really paying off, we bought 5BTC this year when it was dip around 5000 dollars, and i believe you all know what the price of BTC IS TODAY... This is my first post on this platform, i'd decided to do this so as to have a platform to refer doubters and people with no foresight to when BTC hits 100 thousand dollars before middle of next year 2019

I think the decision to sell the house was reckless, but you're already in the black. so I wish you good luck. but investments like those who are reasonably at risk
11  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any good Bitcoin games around? on: August 19, 2018, 10:59:39 PM
I'm looking for fun games where you can earn Bitcoin or use it within the game. Can you recommend me a list of BTC games that are fun and addicting? Just want to know the list of BTC games that are available as I'm going to use them as an introductory point to teach and attract new people towards Bitcoin at my place.  Smiley

Well, so playing games while earning bitcoin is of course very interesting if you are a gamer and very hobby to play but to choose the Best Bitcoin Faucet first is Bitcoin Free.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investments? on: August 19, 2018, 10:58:49 PM
When big boys enter the picture, the rule has changed. Bitcoin then becoming a fprm of investments, and no longer the original vision of satoshi, iguess its really inevitable, specially during the 2016-2017 when it peaked at around$20,000. It become a speculative asset, and others tske that as a opportunity, trying to make quick bucks, or even putting thier whole life-savings hoping to become rich.

Well, let me explain,,I still think that Bitcoin is a good and worthy investment of our money, time and effort. It is not an easy route to be rich but it is a real way to earn money, for yourself and for your family. Risky but when you get your profits, it is all worth it.

15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we make sure that our money we invest in Bitcoin is safe? on: June 12, 2018, 07:44:37 PM
I just want to know how those people behind bitcoin secure the money they will invest because as far as I know there are lots of hackers all over the world.

for me, I will invest my money that I get from bounty, because I think this is the safest way because it does not use family finances.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you wait to prove them wrong about Bitcoin? on: June 12, 2018, 07:44:00 PM
I think a lot of people around us has told us that Bitcoin is a FAD or a SCAM or a Ponzi scheme.

Some of our closest relatives have told us to SELL before the BUBBLE will burst. {guess we hear that enough?}

The media is telling everyone that Bitcoin is the tool of criminals and terrorists and child pornographers and paedophiles.

Most of these people are not invested in Bitcoin, but it looks like they are looking for reasons to attack it.

How many of you want to prove them wrong? I sometimes look at these people and I think... WTF are you on about?

I seldom bring up the subject anymore, because everything coming out of their mouths are negative. The only time when they

are interested, is when the price hits a all time high. Then they want advice to invest in Bitcoin and when they buy at the ATH,

and the price drop with 10%, then they panic sell....lose money....blame Bitcoin. I am sooooo sick of this.

I hope we can finally prove them wrong in the near future, because this is definitely getting under my skin now.  Roll Eyes

good point, i think,i don`t need to prove to them that bitcoin is not actually good for our community but i`ve heard so many rumors and reports about scam in bitcoin, there is no need to worry about it for us bitcoins users but it really affects on the crypto that`s why lots of people act like bitcoin is not worth of time.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is the vehicle, we run it on: June 12, 2018, 07:43:14 PM
A lot of posts are about bitcoin (eg bitcoin for illegal transactions ... bitcoins change lives ... bitcoin destroys the world ... bitcoin poison and so on) but basically it's all humans that move .. bitcoin is the tool. Good bad how the tool is how the man who runs. is it worth blaming bitcoin. What is your opinion?

Whatever in my opinion everyone has different things and perceptions about technology more so for bitcoin like this discussion. but, in every opinion the layman who tends to corner the bitcoin position is a form of ignorance and concern for any rumors that occur. and for us, bitcoin is a valuable asset in addition to its virtual currency function.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Schools Are Officially Accepting Bitcoin for Tuition on: June 11, 2018, 06:14:48 PM
Universities are embracing accepting bitcoin for tuition, with Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Switzerland the latest school to adopt. If anything, it's another clear sign the cryptocurrency is here to stay.

https://futurism.com/schools-accepting-bitcoin-tuition/

Even so... Bitcoin has been used to buy homes, and countries like Venezuela and Vietnam are beginning to truly embrace the currency. Now, certain universities are adopting the payment method of bitcoin for tuition, albeit with a few caveats.

Make sure one thing, i think wow this is a good news for those who students that has a insufficient budget to go to school but knowledgeable in bitcoin they can go to school and earn at the same time. I think that school are accepting bitcoin workers and offering a bitcoin subject for their students. I hope this will happen in our country.
19  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Criminals and Bitcoin on: June 11, 2018, 06:12:48 PM
I have seen some news regarding hackers, terrorists, and other criminals using bitcoin for illegal trades.
How the police can find about these transactions?
Even if is hard to track illegal transactions, I don't think that Bitcoin can be a danger to society, since the problem is the society and its people.
Since the beginning of the internet this is happening ( the bad people committing crimes)  and no one is willing to shutdown internet because of that, so in that matters Bitcoin should be equivalent. I think those illegal transaction are one of the reasons some governments and the media are trying to depreciate bitcoin, but the problem is not Crypto/blockchain or Bitcoin, is just the society.

Well i think Unfortunately, criminals can always find many ways. Criminals are always present in every time and society, they are using different currencies for their different purposes. The same is true of Bitcoin, which was created to be able to send tokens of a certain value between users without the participation of financial institutions.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This guy has lost 103 Bitcoins on: June 10, 2018, 03:11:16 PM
This guy has lost 103 bitcoins he mined back in 2011 and then lost his wallet dat file similar to what I have done but wow this guy must be gutted the amount of money he has lost compared to me

His Address    166BuLPWHUjqoqiYp5rGE3B5r5AmqgHpoL    Final Balance   103.20832384 BTC

So many people have the same problem and I wonder just how much Bitcoin is stuck not being able to be used Sad

He says "I used to mine Bitcoin back in 2011 and I lost my wallet.dat file (through several stupid moves on my part). It's got approx 103 BTC in it, anyone is welcome to it, I've given up trying."

It is Very sad to hear news like this. Although he lost when the bitcoin value was very low at that time. But I'm sure, everyone will be very disappointed if they lose their bitcoin. He collects little by little from the mine. After long collecting, he lost his wallet. Very sad. Hopefully this incident does not happen to us all.

But i have read an article where i found about four million btc gone forever.
