Unfortunately since Bitinstant was no help to me I issued a refund from zip zap. After my money was held by Bitinstant for over 2 weeks I've finally had enough. Once Zip Zap contacted Bitinstant in regards to my issue which was due to Bitinstants Beta site Bitinstant had the nerve to tell ZipZap it was my fault due to a wrong account number. Coinapult also lied to Zip Zap stating that they have contacted me and I have yet to reply. This is completely false! Bitinstant claims to have contacted Coinapult for me and on top of that I contacted Coinapult on my own twice. This has been a terrible experience in dealing with Bitinstants business and customer support. I hope you guys can eventually get your issues resolved because right now your company is damaging the credit and idea behind the bitcoin.

Has anyone heard back from Coinapult yet? I have yet to have any response from them. Bitinstant claims to have contacted them for me. On the same day I also personally contacted them and still I have yet to get any response or resolution. Still missing my money. I about to just get a refund from ZipZap due to these 2 terrible business'(Bitinstant & Coinapult) experiences. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in dealing with any business. As far as I can tell my money is completely gone.

I am being ignored by bitinstant customer service

I assure you you're not, if you have a support ticket open it will be answered, but our whole team has been extremely busy. If you don't get a response soon PM myself here.

I am referring to a specific post. I asked why my issue can't be handled though bitinstant? I am instead being forced to talk to Coinapult which still has not contacted me. I used your service why can't your company finish my transaction?

I would still like an explanation as to why I have to deal with Coinapult now instead of bitinstant.

I just made a transfer and it worked perfectly. Very instant so it seems like the site works as normal. As for my missing money I'm still pretty mad but hopeful that it can be fixed. Please prove to me bitinstant that my money will reach my Mt.Gox account. Otherwise I consider it stolen.

Is Bitinstant currently working for anyone? I want to add funds to my Mt.Gox account

Problems were only during the specific period on Tuesday (right day, right?), otherwise transfers since then have been flawless.  I can provide transaction details for anyone who doesn't believe it.  BI is doing everyone right, just with some delays.

Ok. Thank you. I will try making a deposit again today. You must understand why everyone is so mad though? I'm pretty much missing $110 and they tell me to talk to coinapult even though it was bitinstant that was down accepting a couple thousand payments. I'll try it again but if this isnt resolved or happens to me again I will have to stop using this site.

Can I please have an explanation as to why I payed cash at Walmart to ZipZap through bitinstant and my transaction failed do to the new bitinstant beta site and yet I cannot be helped by bitinstant customer support? I am instead redirected to now have to deal with Coinapult customer service?
I must say I am extremely unhappy with bitinstants service and if I can't get this resolved I will go through ZipZap to obtain a refund and boycott bitinstant.

This is the ZipZap transfer:

This is the case number: 10012

I was notified that my "BitInstant Transaction Failed"
this is the Transaction ID: 80a5f60d-7e5c-4929-93e7-d42fa6574d30
I am owed $105.61 USD into my MT.Gox account.
I paid in cash and was immediately Notified by ZipZap Inc and BitInstant that my transaction had failed. This is ridiculous.
