They did not send more BTC...That's some more transaction I and my friend did...And one the transaction did not reach the receiver.
I'll put more pressure on ZebPay

When i contact zebpay...they tell my transaction is successful and When Tarang contact Zebpay they tell him that his transaction is successful.
Is there is any way in block chain where we can find the sender address for that successful transaction.
In meanwhile we have also raised combined ticket to explain them the scenario.

I and my friend (Tarang Damania) sent 0.13994427 from our respective zebpay accounts to bitConnect wallet (1PtfpsTdsirBqRg7PEdybuZADpwXjcz45h) on 6th of Nov.

We both have same transaction id(73a304219c249c4c222660da0259ad6844fd134f055e37e074ea6a8bcc4ff267) and only one of our transaction is available in blockchain under this transaction id. But in our zebpay app it's showing success for both of our transaction.

Customer care executive pointed that transaction of BTC 0.13994427 is available is successful under transaction id(https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/73a304219c249c4c222660da0259ad6844fd134f055e37e074ea6a8bcc4ff267/).
The BTC quantity which can be seen under block chain is 0.13944427 (0.13994427 - 0.0005(fee)).
SO ONLY ONE OF OUR TRANSACTION WAS INITIATED and SUCCESSFUL

Only one of our  is available to block chain.

I have two questions:
Is there is any way to find whose transaction was successful?
And how can we revert or complete the unsuccessful transaction?

I sent  0.13994427 bitcoins to 1PtfpsTdsirBqRg7PEdybuZADpwXjcz45h(bitconnect wallet) from my zebpay wallet having transaction ID 73a304219c249c4c222660da0259ad6844fd134f055e37e074ea6a8bcc4ff267 but i am not able to see the bitcoins in bit connect wallet.

One thing to note here is that one of my friend also sent  0.13994427 bitcoins on same address and have exactly same transaction id...and both transaction have not reached to bitconnect wallet....Please help!!!!
