is anyone else having issues accessing http://bot.coinmine.pl ?

Seems to be randomly dropping

I implemented blocking of abusive IPs on our pools and since then everything works normally. Please check and report if there are any new issues.

Cool im back in!

Thank feeleep!

lol no probs Cheesy
10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: YAC CPU/GPU issues on: June 20, 2013, 07:46:37 AM
Sure

System specs are:

AMD 1100XT
2x 5870s
16gb mem
Linux ubuntu 13.04

8 core Xeon server (cpu mining)

i5 Laptop (cpu mining)

So im using cpumining for the cpu and a modified cgminer for GPU mining

I have the config at home for the GPU, so ill post the config later

why not keep it in a windows skydrive account?
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: YAC CPU/GPU issues on: June 20, 2013, 07:07:18 AM
thats why im looking at alt coins like YACoin, they started as a CPU only coin and was like that for a while its only recently that gpu mining has started.

My issue is why across 3 different cpu platforms im getting the same hash rate and needing a little help with my setup
13  Other / Beginners & Help / YAC CPU/GPU issues on: June 20, 2013, 06:55:22 AM
Hey guys,

I cant post yet in the yac ongoing development thread yet and thought i could ask the question here.

I have been following Hanzac and Windmaster for a while now regarding this coin, but at the point that im really stuck and was hoping to get some help.

The cpu mining is shocking now, but to the point that i get the same hash rate on a 8core server, AMD 1100XT and my laptop (i5). I know the difficulty has gone up but surely i would get a better hash rate on my server at least. Im probably doing something wrong and was hoping for some suggestions or pointers on what i can do differently.

My GPU is mining but could do with some suggestions

Big thanks to these 2 guys for the continual work on the coin!

16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Has anyone actually gotten any of the mining rigs they have ordered? on: June 19, 2013, 06:27:11 AM
Is it possible to make these rigs compatible with other pools like litecoin?

Cause if that is possible then every coin could become a pump and dump
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BQC Market Reaction on: June 19, 2013, 05:49:35 AM
Im guessing there would be the initial climb and if that was the only order the price would eventually fall back down

Supply Vs Demand
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sapphire 7990 Extremely Hot Running CGminer - Need Suggestions on: June 19, 2013, 05:47:49 AM
As far as i can tell he was just helping

I used BBQcoin to get an understanding of how linux and solo mining worked. Its not a bad idea finding a young alt coin to solo mine, that way u can see what its like to find blocks urself and how to handle transactions between wallets before goin to a high end coin.

I think if you can truly answer that question then u should be trading forex/shares ;-)
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: CGminer - GPU0: invalid nonce - HW error on: June 13, 2013, 11:33:03 AM
when i was getting this error it was because my intensity was to high in relation to my threadconcurrency

I had to change the clock/mem on my card to eventually get the intensity at a nice level without the HW errors

So what i suggest is go down to an intenstity level that doesnt give any errors, then from there fine tune ur settings until u notice that the hashes/sec arent goin up. When that happens u can start goin up an intensity.

So for example this is what my one setup looks like:

./cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://stratum.give-me-ltc.com:3333 -u Lothy.1 -p x --gpu-fan 80,80 --gpu-engine 890,880 --gpu-memclock 900,1100 --thread-concurrency 4032,8000 -I 12,18 -w 256,256

The commas are for multiple cards, so u can see my one card is at intensity 12 and the other 18

I am in no way an expert in this and still learning a lot, so if anyone wants to correct me or provide pointers please feel free
