I haven't seen brown numbers before in the betlist, that must be new, what does it mean when the numbers are brown instead of green or red ?
New to me as well.

Just guessing: a win regardless of whether you click "high" or "low"

4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: " I use my credit card for the miles" on: June 26, 2013, 04:26:51 PM
The credit card companies normally charges the merchants 3-5% over the transaction cost.

If I use a credit card which gives me cash-back, and I pay off the card balance every month, why should I use cash instead?
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Wedding Registry. Any Ideas? on: June 26, 2013, 04:15:54 PM
Also my fiance is not the bitcoin believer that I am bitcoins. She thinks it is an interesting concept but is concerned about the lack of official regulation and the market volatility and ease of manipulation. When we discussed incorporating BTC into our registry she said "let me think about it." I welcome your feedback and suggestions as far as resources and info to make her aware of.

What happens to the traditional wedding vow of  ".... love and respect...." You'll sure will get your wedding off to an excellent start by trying to impose something on your future wife.

When a woman says "let me think about it", it is a polite way of saying "thanks, but no thanks". Take the hint, and move on.
6  Economy / Services / Re: Want to come to usa? on: June 26, 2013, 04:01:10 PM
If a foreign lady has millions of dollars and is prepared to pay to migrate to the USA, I am very certain that she would have a large pool of potential partners to choose from. So, the question to the OP is: why you?
Because... You dont go to other people who are russian or from the same country... It would be suspisous

I think the question was: out of the millions of available Americans, why you? What's so special about you that you stand out from the rest? What would your potential spouse get from her payment? In other words, what makes you worth a few million dollars?
7  Economy / Gambling / Re: Group Bet Gamble on Just Dice. on: June 26, 2013, 07:56:50 AM
I can't see the advantage of this idea.

People group together for lottery because they want to spread their money into many tickets. As far as I can see, such idea is not applicable here.

9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: POLL: Allow dust transactions in Bitcoin? (5430 satoshis or less) on: June 21, 2013, 06:12:15 PM
one day (in the near future), when the value of bitcoin rockets to the stratosphere, you'll regret eliminating every single satoshis you ever owned.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: Introducing Satoshi's Roulette on: June 21, 2013, 06:07:49 PM
Hey Royston

we played many others and didnt like the look and feel. On most you just click on numbers and hope to hit the right number. We missed the Roulette-Feeling! Also the Accountmanagement was not intuitive since you have to make transaction for every round (on most of them).

What do you think of our Game?

thank you for being interested in our game!!

In business, you need to hammer home your USP (unique selling points) in order to distinguish yourself from your competitors. What you need to realize is that roulette is a common game on the internet. Most people will visit your site and if their first impression is that "oh, so, this is just another roulette game", then you would lose any potential customers before they even spend further time to look into why you are different.

Just my two cents.
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: FREE MONEY - Buy zero days, get 25% profit on: June 21, 2013, 04:52:03 PM
How to work:

1) Buy zero day from us. We have wide variety of undisclosed 0 days.

2) Submit it to tipping point initiative, or alternate researcher bounty site.

3) You send 75% to us with BTC. You keep 25%.

This'd be the first time the check cashing scam might actually be employed in an ethical way.

As in, various unfrequentable lowlifes (US gov't, various corporations - Apple chief among them - etc) have managed to create this illegal and antisocial arrangement where legitimate research (into how their products suck) is being harassed under color of the law. Helping those researchers remain anonymous while feeding the various harassment databases with random people off the street may very well be the right thing to do.

Huh I am still utterly and totally in the dark
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transaction Without Fee - Process Time? on: June 21, 2013, 04:44:13 PM
It really depends.

I sent several transactions without fees in the past and all of them were picked up by the blockchain within an hour or so.
13  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Highest paying earn bitcoin site? on: June 21, 2013, 02:18:31 PM
I also started with various faucets but soon found them not worth the time and effort. Don't expect too much (or anything at all) from the "free" sites!

Prime Dice is giving away 0.001-0.003 BTC in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=217216.0 Probably one of the most generous offer available for newbies

19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are similar crashes less likely now? on: June 13, 2013, 12:11:43 PM
the market is still not matured enough to avoid big swings (either way)!
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it worth it to get a BFL bitcoin miner? on: June 13, 2013, 12:10:36 PM
Use the money to buy bitcoins and hold till their value appreciate.

The ROI for miners order now and deliver at an unknown time (end of the year if you are lucky) is so small that you would be lucky to recoup your "investment" in the foreseeable future.
