My issue got resolved this morning and after last weeks drama I'm going to stick with my localbtc trader. Maybe I'll come back once these issues are resolved.  Btw I still got charged service fee plus lost btc value

I thought all new deposits were good? Why did I get an email stating that the payment was successful but the transaction failed?

I don't know.  Have you logged your issue at support.bitinstant.com?  Do you have any order info?

Yes I have logged my info to your supprt site case number 13837. I'm still waiting for a response from you.

Just had a transaction failed. I guess the problem is not resolved. This is getting out of control

this is really annoying......been a client here with bitinstant for the past year and have not had issues till the last month. In the past month these delays are longer and more constant. Right now ive been waiting for 24hrs and i dont even want to think how bad some other members feel that have been waiting over 48hrs and so forth. This is definitely not the way to do business and I'm sure we'll get our money but at the same time the longer this lingers the more business they will lose. I know Bitinstant knows that and hopefully they will get this resolved!!!
