TF, if that is really you... In January, I accidentally sent 2.3 more BTC to my old inputs.io address (thanks to a poor website design on BTER.com... I had a typo in my password, when it reloaded the transaction page it autofilled all the field, including the address, but with the last address I had used successfully. I didn't double-check--yes I'm an idiot). Anyways. if your story is correct, you still have access to these accounts, no? They have not been touched. There are also some payouts from one of those betting sites for bets that didn't end until after the hack. https://blockchain.info/address/17RHdR8U8HK72Wp7GA6seNZ8mQtzhYwUbQIf you return these BTC to me I will forgive the original debt. 1BDGhUaoHuPFPFS1onL5NNpdt7ssUgqsuY

1. Hence why I said "alleged" hacker. 2. My post was in response to the vague, slightly optimistic comments gaston has been making over the past week or so. Perhaps the situation is not so dire. But the last line of my post should indicate I am not feeling very hopeful.

Interesting.
I'm hoping I might be able to get back the BTC I recently sent, accidentally, to my old inputs.io deposit address. If I'm thinking about this correctly, both TF and the alleged hacker have access. So in theory they should be racing to move it first (except for the fact that it's small potatoes). Interesting that no one's touched it. If TF is truly negotiating in good faith he might send it back.
Oh, who am I kidding.

GOD DAMNIT I just sent 2 BTC to my CoinLenders account due a to an autofill mishap on the BTER.com withdrawal page. AARGH.

Of course I wouldn't mind, it's open source after all!
Although the preferred method would be to install python-cryptsy and use it as a dependency in your project, rather than just copying parts of it. Then, if you make any improvements to python-cryptsy that make it more convenient to you, you can submit them as pull requests on github and others can benefit.

I just published to GitHub a Python API to trade on cryptsy.com: https://github.com/hsharrison/python-cryptsyPlease use it and enjoy. Post feedback here, but if you catch any bugs or have feature requests please post them on GitHub as well.

Neither. Sorry, didn't realize how that could be misinterpreted. I guess in a sense that 2BTC is still in my CL account.

I have had just over 2 BTC in CL. I'm interested in a "keep me posted" sense, in case this actually works.

Hi- I'm running a script that pulls JSON data from your site, and apparently my IP has been banned. Am I pulling data too often? I was running every one minute, now I"m changing it to 5. I'll go even longer if you'd prefer. Let me know. Or maybe the problem is something else? "The owner of this website ( www.coinchoose.com) has banned your access based on your browser's signature. (Ref. 1010)" Sorry if I've been taxing your servers or anything, it wasn't my intention! It can handle once a minute, but the data shouldn't change that often (it is about every 5 now as the site got larger). I'm getting this error regardless of the update time. Any ideas? The script is in python.

Yes. You can find them elsewhere in the world as plain white chocolate but we have been unable to find the variety with nerds. I guess chispas acidas is what they call the specific variety/flavor?

How much for a box of Galak bars? Like a display box or something. My fiancee spent some time in Ecuador and loves them but hasn't had any for years. It would be a nice surprise.
E: the kind with nerds in them. they're called chispas acidas

can you post a pic and list the PSU model? And maybe I will make an offer.

I didn't have anything specific in mind, I could be flexible. Though if you want next day or something expensive I'd ask for a bit more.
fine with escrow of course.

This didn't fit in the PC that I was planning to put it in, rather than moving everything to a new case I'm selling the GPU. I ran it for 2 days outside the case at 650 kH/s (scrypt obv) and it's been sitting in the box since then. I would accept immediately an offer of $300 shipped (within the US). If I don't get any reasonable offers here I'll put it on ebay in a week or two.

I might be interested but I would like to see a picture first.

I just stumbled on your post... and you've probably figured this out by now. But if not: I don't know VB.NET but if you can interface with Python perhaps my solution will be of use. https://github.com/hsharrison/bter-api

If you feel compelled to donate, I request you send at least half your donation to Alan. Addresses in each project's readme. Feel free to share your issues, suggestions, requests, etc. either here or on github.
