Sorry, nothing to do with any token here, hitbtc is just that terrible.
Just FYI their fee for qtum withdrawal is 2. QTUM trading at over $60 now... that's in case if you wonder about them ever adjusting or fixing anything. Fun fact, their doge fee is also 2 Smiley
You can use the fun fact to move out any funds you have from that scamxchange.
