You make mistakes with your math i think. Now difficulty is 19.3M. not very likely to have 265.86% difficulty increase for next cycle.

you mining litecoin or bitcoin ? Have card like that in one of my miners, and scared it is going to catch fire too ! have not seen gpu burn like that before.

this is an alt account I have created for additional anonymity. I already have a well established "Hero Member" account and hang out in the Custom Hardware and Mining forums. Presently own a mining farm capable of near 50GHs comprised of a mix of ASICs and GPUs, and have a bunch of K16 boards on order purchased through steamboats thread.
