Hello! Guys, all is fine with aeternity. The project (and the whole ecosystem) is moving forward. There where three scheduled hardforks in 2019, and all were performed without a problem. Those significantly improved the capabilities of the network. In September there was even a major event dedicated to the ae ecosystem. Visit the YouTube channel to watch all the dev and entrepreneur-related talks. Have a look at this blog post for some of the most interesting developer highlights. Finally, visit the AENS (integrated naming system) website to learn how you can reserve a .chain name. It is now possible to send tokens to anyname.chain addresses (directly from the mobile Base aepp) instead of the standard ak_W7vJeKZZZ5r29sJj4TBMDx6xhirnJ5rsFPUD6TgQoPeQ3fDuq. There is so much going on! Maybe also have a look at this Bitcoin Whitepaper Birthday special, discussing aeternity's advantages. If you have any questions - let me know!

ok figured it out; why couldn't you tell me to download the Airgap wallet and "Sync accounts" from Airgap vault to Airgap Wallet? How did you not know this? Something is very fishy here with your explanation and trying to help me out; you should find someone else to answer and help people out here cause you did not.
I am glad you figured it out! The issue explanation you provided was not sufficient. How can you send ERC20 tokens to an AirGap wallet account, but not know how to access it? You were correctly referred to the AirGap team who are the best people to help you with AirGap-related questions/issues. All the best, Vlad

Congrats on this big achievement I hope AE will get succeed to win this award because you are working truly amazing and hard work always open the new doors of opportunities. I also would like to appreciate the efforts of the team you are doing the best job to make this useful platform.
Thank you! We really appreciate the kind words. The Governance ępp and Naming system auctions are launching soon!

Hello! I would like to inform you that the final Lima Release (5.0.0) is now available for download in GitHub. ACCESS IT HEREUpdate your nodes to Lima before October 30 to support the third major ęternity protocol upgrade. Lima will introduce a number of improvements and new features, including: - FATE - Fast ęternity Transaction Engine - ęternity's customized virtual machine built for security and efficiency. A FATE contract is only 10% of the size of an Ethereum Virtual Machine contract.
- Improved Generalized Accounts that allow the use of a smart contract instead of a signature when signing transactions.
- ęternity Naming System (AENS) auctions and a mobile aepp (will be accessible in the Base aepp).
- An on-chain governance mechanism with delegated voting and a mobile aepp enabling community voting on various subjects (will be accessible in the Base aepp).
- Improved State Channels usability in aepps.
Best, Vlad

This is not what I asked, I asked how or how long do we have to wait until we are allowed to transfer AE out of the "Airgap Vault" ios app, I already converted my tokens to the mainnet; not talking about erc20 tokens.
Hey jfgreen, You will be able to manage your Mainnet AE tokens as soon as the next scheduled hardfork goes through. That should happen on or a short time after October 30, 2019 (if the miners adopt the Lima Release). I hope that answers your question. Best, Vlad

Hello everyone, Lima Release Candidate 5.0.0-rc.3 was published yesterday - find it HERE. This is a pre-release deployed on the Testnet and should only be used for testing. The last scheduled Hardfork will be activated on the Testnet on October 16th, and on the Mainnet around October 30th, 2019.
Best regards, The AE Team It's nice update it seems dev team is moving forward into right direction and they are achieving their goals successfully. I hope one day it will turn into next big thing as like they are growing and it will take it into very strong position so good luck. Thank you! Yes, things definitely started developing rapidly after Universe One. More good news coming up!

What happens if I have not migrated tokens yet? Can I send to Binance and they will convert the tokens for me to the mainnet? But where do I withdraw the Mainnet tokens too? I see there is "Anybit" and "Airgap"? is this the only wallets I withdraw mainnet too?
so confused..
Hello, you have time to migrate your tokens until the scheduled hard fork in September, after that moment, they'll be considered burnt. You can find all the information about how to proceed with the migration in the Forum, and here's a list of the exchanges that will do the migration for you. Let us know if you have any more questions, The AE Team After September 2nd, it will be impossible to move the Ethereum AE tokens. However, it might still be possible to access them, depending on the way you store them (if you have access to the ETH address that holds them). More info will be shared soon. However, it is HIGHLY recommended to migrate them BEFORE September 2nd. Best, Vlad

With Binanace's participation in token migration now things will start to look lot more better for swapped AE coins. There must be trading support for new coins as those were almost locked in wallets of people. That was my only concern lack of support for new AE and finally that is done. Aeternity power house's one year's completion is milestone.
There will be more and more good news this year, I ma sure of it I am personally looking forward to the second community governance vote. Best, Vlad

The BRI won't be spent on ępps, but on protocol development solely. We indicated that in the initial announcement blog post. Best, The AE Team [/quote] Quick clarification on the above: The BRI funds will be spent on: development tasks, including infrastructure, product management, supporting third party dev teams (project similar to AEKnow, AirGap) and all current support, dev-tools, ępps, SDKs, and core development.

I will call all of it FUD, because it is FUD.
All of your questions have been answered. Read the blog post. It has all the answers you need.
But I am pretty sure you don't need any answers, you simply don't want the BRI to happen. But it is happening, and you can vote on it if you want to, not vote, or sell all your AE. Simple. No need to waste any of your nevers on this.
Best, Vlad

The BRI won't be spent on ępps, but on protocol development solely. We indicated that in the initial announcement blog post. Best, The AE Team Oh great so there is no need for hurrying. You have money for years to come and later when project will be very mature and solid all the development should go through community approval process, not plebs but some authoritative participants. Via a series AeIP, long discussion and approval/funding process. But we all know you are not that stupid to not understand it. All you need is more money. Wow, sammy007 is active in all channels Thank you for all the FUD. There is really no point to go through all that trouble though - just sell your AE tokens and never look back. I really don't think that any arguments can change your opinion. There is one final arbiter though - time. So let's see how things develop. Best, Vlad

I want a clarity from team representative on migration process since this swapping will finish in September will that mean current AE tokens will be traded on exchange like this. Once the final batch of migration is done by last hard fork then AE coins automatically will see support from exchanges. There will be no option for exchanges to support new blockchain, am I right ?
Hello! After September 2, all ERC20 AE tokens will become non-transferable. This will effectively make them unusable, so trading will not be possible. This means that exchanges will either have to migrate the ERC20 AE before that date and start trading Mainnet AE or delist AE. We are working with a number of exchanges to provide technical support do they can switch to trading Mainnet AE. We have reached out to all exchanges that trade ERC20 and explained to them what will happen after September 2 and provided them with relevant contacts they can reach if they need tech support. Best, Vlad

It's PoW / PoS. When PoS?
A variation of PoS will be used only for governance (voting). There will be no staking of AE tokens. Best, Vlad
