1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MoneyPolo = SCAM on: February 14, 2018, 07:01:53 PM
I've been using money Polo for a couple of months now, I don't think they are scammers, but a shifty company. They create the mess but they will return your funds eventually, it usually takes weeks. Actually I've only had problems with their cash transfer system, it is a mess you send a transfer and you don't how or where is going to end.
2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you consider OKpay to be trustworthy? Why or why not? on: December 18, 2017, 02:48:56 PM
P.S.  I did also see a couple of reports online from people saying they got locked out of their merchant accounts after building up large balances... So maybe they are not trustworthy to hold large amounts.

Hi guys, let me assure you that the only ones complaining are real scammers that got busted by our security dept. As you know such people will do anything possible to discrete our name except providing required documents/proof/etc. Nothing to do with bitcoin thought. You can stay unverified as long as you use your 300 EUR monlthy limit or approve your account and get full access.
Don't understand what's the deal with http://www.ptc-investigation.com/pages/okpay.aspx website anyway. Does it look legit? Nope! haha. most of the info is outdated there and why even trust such resources? When you can get all the information from the first source.
Stephen Gornick is right, identification is required if you are going to use bank or related services.

I'm am complaining and I'm not a scammer, just check the blockchain information

It took me more than month to get verified in okpay, a very very frustrating process, I was about to give up but I'm finally got registred. So I started testing the system with small amounts of money, sending money from moneypolo and vice versa, I even uploaded my account with bitcoins. But when I tried to withdraw 20 dollars in bitcoins they debited the amount and my wallet detected a transaction but no confirmation after 72 hours. I chated with support and they only told me "the transaction was sent, wait, is the blockchain's fault". Interesting way of scamming some one. You set the miner's fee low, transaction is sent, but not confirmed, and then you get to keep your client's money and the bitcoins. Smashing, how klever these lads are. It's the blockchain's to blame, or maybe isis, north Korea or just Mickey mouse.

My account I'd is 952011981
Transaction I'd 20062552
And this is the blockchain information:
1HRysKiRTpgRAQEytxFPcxF4SrCh57FNGf
External transaction 3448f3faa483d08a9387bf49808bb762b8be93b3780b657cb947d5707e477a38

They are not british they only use the uk as image, be aware.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins down December 12 on: December 13, 2017, 05:07:07 AM
You are right, the problem was on my router, strange, I could access any page but not localbitcoins.

Lesson learned, I'm storing my bitcoins in a hardware wallet. The problem with bitcoins is the transactions cost, that's why I don't like to move my coins around.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Localbitcoins down December 12 on: December 13, 2017, 04:27:42 AM
I can't access my localbitcoins account, sever down, not even a single tweet. Even if I manage to get my bitcoins back, localbitcoins is history for me. Don't trust them anymore
5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: can spectrocoins be trusted? on: November 13, 2017, 03:31:57 PM
Spectro coin offering poor service .

They  provide poor-pathetic service.

I tried to deposit through Master and visa card(Debit and credit) through USD. The verification is still pending.
The same cards are accepted to to up SKRILL or other CEX.io.

Their services like SKRILL and NETELLER are jus labels. On click they give jus errors "try after couple of days"

Pathetically tat couples were  missing through out tis month ....

When reached Customer care through CHAT, they gave same reply like "Try after some time or couple of days"

So unfortunately topped up my SKRILL and NETELLER and waiting for their service to work..Hope it may take huge time to enable this feature.

My money now locked in SKRILL and NETELLER.

Lookwise spectrocoin having all features . But actually the features are so DUMB and technically fail.

Frustrated user of spectrocoin

Same experience here, stay away from spectrocoin don't provide them your Id or credit card information, I regret doing it

No, it can't be trusted in my opinoin. They offer you services, you send your id, your credit card information, you go through their bloody identification process, and then you can't use their services because they need to "verify". When you call the support service is the most pathetic experience you could imagine, those poor lads only apologize and say their are overwhelmed and their hands are tired with the same issue and that your problem should be solved eventually. I can't even verify my visa card, their system won't process it, yet I can use that card with out any problems in any other website o store that accepts visa. Too many people complaining on Spectrocoin,  you'll be better buying bitcoins with visa and skrill in bitpanda.com I never had any problems with them. I think they lack the infrastructure and or expertise to run a bussiness like this,  some national agency or authority, should check them for minimum requirements  before  allowing to operate.
7  Economy / Service Discussion / Spectrocoin is Sorry on: November 11, 2017, 03:36:51 PM
I opened a spectrocoin account two weeks ago under the promise that I would be eable to use skrill to buy bitcoins. I registred, went through their bloody verification process, and when I'm finally "totally veryfied" and try to use Skrill funds I get this error "your skrill limit 0.00". I contact support and they tell me that they check accounts and make some functions available to some clients and not to others.... ok I can't use my skrill account with you, then I should to use my visa card to buy bitcoins. I upload my card information, fill in the form with amount and currency to be deducted from my visa card, and then another error this time the transaction won't go through because I have to verify my card.......ok. I go to the verification page and then yet  another error this time "Your card initial activation was not completed, please try again.".... ok maybe my bank declined the transaction, I call my bank and they tell me no one has tried to charge my card in the last 2 days...ok  I call spectrocoin support to ask why didnt they charge my caed and a patetic lady just answer  "I'm sorry I can't help you with that" to every and each of my support request. I have the pictures of the chat, I can't upload them I'm using Chrome, I guses the image upload funtion doesn't work in this browser. I requested them to remove my credit card information form their website and the say no because my credit card and id information are safe with them. I don't feel safe at all with these fellas I'm changing my visa number Monday first thing in the morning. Save your self time and problems and stay away from this company
8  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchange Bitcoin with Skrill at SpectroCoin on: November 11, 2017, 03:43:50 AM
I'm having the same problem, when I try to load funds from Skrill to spectrocoin.

Well they offer a service, but when you try to use it you get an error (spectrocoin is aware of this issue) and because of their terrible support you have to find out in a forum what is going on. Wouldn't it be easier to just add an option that reads "Skrill verification" or something like that. Silly company they accepted my passport scan for I'd verification in my account, but refused it when I sent the same file to verify my Id in a virtual card they sold me...lol. I don't trust silly people
