1  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Ledger Nano S failed attempt to transfer funds between own BTC and BCH wallets on: November 12, 2017, 07:45:28 PM
Hi again,

Unfortunately my transactions (the original transfer of (recently purchased, i.e. not pre-BCH hardfork) BTC from my Nano S Segwit wallet directly to the Nano S' Bitcoin Cash wallet, and the recovery attempt using Ledger's recovery tool) are both still entirely unconfirmed.

Is there anything else I can to do?

 Embarrassed

Hi HCP,
Thank you so much for your advice. I tried the Ledger Recovery tool (even though the transaction still had 0 confirmations). As a result, the amount reappeared in my Ledger BTC wallet. Yesterday's silly outgoing transaction and today's recovery attempt transaction are both listed as "unconfirmed", but the fact that the BTC has reappeared in my wallet has already made me feel tons better.

I will write again once I'm sure it's all back to normal and accessible.

Thanks again -  really very, very much appreciated!  Smiley

Hi everyone,
I made a retarded error earlier today and need help to resolve it. I would be super grateful if someone could help me please.
I sent my BTC from my Ledger Nano S Segwit BTC wallet to by Ledger Nano S Split BCH wallet. That's right... I didn't convert it from BTC to BCH via an exchange or anything, I simply sent it to my split BCH wallet address.  Embarrassed
Ledger allowed the transaction without any error messages, but the transaction has remained totally unconfirmed since then.
What would you advise I do?
