Instead of starting a new thread, I will just ask here

Does difficulty change per Block cycle or time? ( or are those almost one and the same)
- if the hashing power increased 5x overnight would that mean we would mine 2016 blocks faster and retarget would happen 5x as fast?

HD 6870 270 Mh/s

is that costing you money to mine?

Somebody stole from me around 15 BTC back in 2010, I trusted a guy and send the bitcoins first. But one thing I regret is formatting my HDD with around 100 BTC in 2010.

What was the USD to BTC rate back then?

Why is LTC better than the rest?

Why on Dustcoin does Terracoin go up and down so much?

Is it all Pump and dump ?

shares?
You should count in BTC/mBTC or hashrate, but why shares?

My Hashrate is fine, But shares accepted and BTC are down

BTC could be down because my pool might not be solving any blocks and diffculty.

It takes longer to generate higher difficulty shares, yes.

Thanks that explains what I am seeing.
