When is the exchanger/market opened?
when the other brokers are opened on jan 1. Everyday i see the freeze number in MT5.
seriously? without any announcement or email? omg..

I opened "start" account but i cant withdraw. when i asked the support team, they reply :

Dear client,
when you open a new account, you need to complete the minimum trading volume to be able to withdraw your profits.
for automated withdrawal, at least one deal of any volume is required.

My question
1. What is the minimum trading volume to be able withdraw? withdraw by automatic or manual?
2. When i complete the requirements, "automatic" withdrawal is automatically open??

Please explain the question in a very detail and give some example
