Update from Bittrex Support is below.  It sounds like I am still screwed:

When sending coins to or from Bittrex you must make sure that you always send the coins to an address that is specifically for that coin. This means that BTC must be sent to a BTC address, LTC to an LTC address, ETH to an ETH address, this holds true for all coins on Bittrex. If you have sent your coins to another coins address these coins may be recoverable, but may not be recoverable as well.

Please make sure to provide the Name of the coin you sent and the address you sent it to by accident along with the transaction id these coins were sent in.

Big big big problems.

As in the subject, there was some Bitcoin to Bitcoin cash wallet.  Coinbase to Bittrex.  Both exchanges said there is nothing I can do.  Is this the case?
