Yes Spectre and EthLend will be big, IMO. Especially Spectre's dividends if they materialize. Also Simple Token might be absolutely huge looking at their team and what they are developing. Just an opinion

The word 'Best' is perceived differently by each one of us. According to me a safe investment that can grow 10 to 15x within a year is great. So my choice would be 25% in Bitcoin / Ethereum then 15% in each Omisego, IOTA, NEO & Lisk.  Some portion in Waves, Ark, Bitquence, PIVX, IFT, Binance, Kyber & Walton. Small portion in ICO's like Spectre.ai, GOT, Quantstamp. For example if I had 40K USD below is what I would do. This is not advice of any kind please do your own research.
