I personally prefer using ModulTrade platform. It has a good assortment, weekly auctions and some other cool features. There's not btc payment unfortunately, but I guess it'll be added later.

there are only a few stores who are accepting it as payment.

I definitely think that "word of mouth" will help propel this platform to become more  successful and that the have to make sure that their services would be very efficient and effective in order to achieve recommendations and good feed backs  from its users.

probably I don’t know much this topic, but today it’s impossible to take any cryptocurrency seriously IMO. no state will allow to use currency that is difficult to control for any calculations

In my country you can pay bills using either BTC, ETH ad BCH. Your earnings can be used as a payment equivalent to your billing balance plus rebate. This is such a useful application and I can do freely anything about it. You can also but load, or pay merchants like credit cards all using your crypto balance.

I heard that Ethereum is working hard on scaling its own platform because of the CryptoKitties debacle. It really disrupt its network and overwhelm the system specially last year. Or course its going to happen not only in Ethereum but other platforms as well.
