Even it is 0 balance, would you mind to explain on what kind of experiment you are planning to do with such accounts?
So you basically want a "scam" account that cannot be traced back to you. The transactions that were done by the previous owners will lead the investigators to the door of the previous owner. You only need to use the account once to push some "illegal" BTC through that account and that is why you are paying someone 1 or 2 BTC for this privilege.
What other reason will you need to use someone's used account? ^hmmmmmm^
I see this is the reason of it, paying 1-2 bitcoin per wallet for that experiment is really something shady.
What do you guys mean by illegal bitcoins? No govt. has regulated btc, so all of them are the same. I can't tell you the details of the project what we want to do. I am offering a good deal. And one guy stated lead investigators to previous owner, how is it even possible, do you know the concept of decentralized currency? Apart from that, we are not doing anything illegal.
