I have been waiting more than 3 days for a refund and have still not received anything and support has stopped answering me

I about to do a big one today but after reloading the page the countdown timer went away and so did the rate, so no 30%

Ok thanks, i have one case 140$ opened against me now, so do you continue to do business with hiribi as usual while the case still open?...or wait until the case closed.
I would wait unless you have more than 500$+ in your account paypal tends to treat cases more seriously if the amount in the case in rather large in regards to the amount in the account upon the time of the case being open

Hi Javixs , regarding hiribi problems you faced before. Have you encountered problems where " unauthorized payment transaction dispute" opened against you? , if yes what step have you taken to solve this problem?
I followed all steps outlined by support through email, just want more inputs and advice from you.
Yeah I actually have one open against me right now for $0.57 and usually the claimant ask for a refund and then you refund them, then Hiribi pays you back in couple days after notifying them via there support email PS: I even called Paypal on this 0.57$ claim and the even said they would cover refund and close the "investigation " in claimants favor in few days,they told me that looking into matters under 35$ is waste of resources on there side and its better to make the case opener feel like they really are getting the best results, so These have no real consequence in the grand scheme of things i have like 5 happen out 2000+ paypal transaction with them so its also fairly uncommon. anyway hope I was of help

I just sent out another email to support and I also sent one on March 24th about the issue, hopefully it will be resolved quickly like last time. But other than that i haven't been having any issues i had 23+ transactions since then with no issue. Something of note a few ( 3 ) of my payments have came in the form of e checks if you get these the usually clear In 3 days.

Had a few transactions yesterday mostly all of them went through with no issues, but i had to give 3 people Refunds because they Open Cases claiming they " didn't receive the product?" I had 14+ transaction since Sunday and you guys always come through i still have 58 BTC to go so i have long road ahead. Paypal is good as long as you have a really good verified account with YEARS of buying and selling.

Well i have 6 transactions "in process" but they always deliver within 24-48 hours As for the 6 day one , that is odd never had one held for that long i would keep trying to contact support

whenever you guys send me a transaction over 100+ It always gets that lovely HOLD....seriously just send more mini transactions instead of big ones even 90 dollar transfers are good but anything over is a hold waiting to happen. anyway other than that your services are fantastic 6000+ in trades no problem

New problem i got a hold on part of my recent payment....but its not a 21 day hold or 24 hour hold its for a item dispute " Item not as described " its only for $14.41 but still wtf this is a new one. ps: the customer wants a partial refund of $15.39 and wants to keep the item...okay wtf Update: Literally fixed the issue same day, keep up the good work hiribri!

When you make random medium payments like 150$+ paypal puts the payment on "Hold" for 21 days, leaving the customer with the Hold, and the only tip from paypal is "To get your money released in 7-14 days, ship your order quickly and mark it as processed by clicking Details below" which is impossible since there is know item to ship unless there some other work around?.

I had ordered on January 23 for 350$ worth of btc and hadn't heard anything from them after i ordered. but in the past couples of times i ordered they always remained silent on there end...but They always payout in the end and this time was no different, I awoke today to find 457$ in my paypal. My recommendation for those getting there account limited is probably due to them not having similar payments going through there account. Also as you can use there Bitify Page to buy from them with escrow but you want get as much in return but hey its your money Oh i also noticed a couple of days ago on there website they have notifications and at the bottom of the notification in little green writing was "Paypal Stock Limited" so that might explain why it took so long for payout. So i would hold of on ordering for now
