It's final. I just got an email from their support. They will not refund the BCH trades profits from that weekend due to their "liquidity partners". We got absolutely no notice that trades would be invalid. Simplefx allowed customers to trade for days on a currency they would ultimately cancel, which tied up my funds from trading on other currencies. Just great...

I also lost nearly .5 BTC from trading BCH from that weekend. How can we trust this site if at any moment they could spring on you the message that they had a liquidity problem and void all your trades you made in a given time? I stayed up all weekend (on little sleep) trading BCH and now all the hard work is gone... I'm furious.

Simplefx just admitted their problem above. We all lost trading profits from the weekend, trading on BCH. How can we trust them anymore?

I also had this problem. If they were prompt enough to say that BCH trades weren't going to be valid on 11/11 instead of 11/13 (after all the trades and profits were added to our accounts), then perhaps we could have been trading on BTC instead. I worked all weekend trading BCH for a profit of nearly .5 BTC only to get the same message you got. How can we continue to trust this platform when days after their liquidity problem surfaces, they retroactively cancel trades?

I had the same problem! I made nearly .5 BTC trading on BCH, stayed up with little sleep. And now all that hard work is gone. At least they could have notified us that BCH trades will not be valid and I could have been trading on BTC instead!
