Any more exchanges this year?

Any decentralized exchanges yet?

Nobody wants this coin as it's a pure money grab, no mining and crazy prices plus weird rewards scheme, sounds like the dev will stake all of the high reward blocks and make back the coins that they sell through masternodes sales, DYOR !
Cryptobridge and graviex are requested

Thanks. Keep us updated please.

Not that expensive. Only 50c per coin right now, and supply just increased, so its reasonable. Interested to see where its goin.

Do we need to set up the masternodes again for phase 2? Or are they gonna port over automatically?

Only update your wallet

Thank you. I got it. Wallet wasn't syncing after I downloaded the new version, but I got it going again. I backed it up and then just deleted the 1MC folder from AppData and overwrote the new wallet.dat file with the one I backed up. It finally synced.

MN owners - exchange price is no less than $17 or it's BTC equivalent - currently 0.00148455 BTC. Coin supply is extremely low, so it should command way more than that.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔵 UTRUST 🔵 The future of online payments is here. on: November 30, 2017, 04:18:20 AM
I sent them an email.  If they decline my request, I will do anything to get together with other people (and there will be a lot) in order to sort this out collectively, even if it involves legal actions.

Sorry, I scrolled up further and I see that you invested in the pre-ICO.  Are you from the US?

If you are from the US, you won't be able to get your ETH back because you broke the pre-sale terms (which state no US investors allowed; you ticked a box when opening your UTRUST account even during the pre-sale era).

If you are NOT a US investor, but you invested in the pre-sale, then I believe you should be able to get a refund of your ETH, since KYC was introduced after the pre-sale.  Just contact legal@utrust.io.  It should be no problem, however I do believe you still have to do KYC either way in order to prove that you didn't break the terms (IE to prove you aren't from the US) as tracking the source IP is not enough as you can bypass that with a VPN.  I know that may seem unfair since you invested prior to KYC, but it's important to UTRUST that they treat everyone equally and make sure everyone is following the terms  (in the case of you investing in the Pre-ICO, the terms they need to confirm is whether or not you are from the US, which can only be confirmed through KYC).  If they simply sent you a blind refund because you invested in the Pre-ICO, that could potentially be a breach in their terms because you may have been a US investor trying to scam the system with a VPN, which is quite common.  This evens the playing field and makes it fair for everyone. I am not on the team, so I cannot make the call, but I do communicate with the team daily and my understanding is a refund should be likely if those previous conditions were met (NOT a US investor, but invested during pre-sale and passed KYC proving you aren't from a restricted country and you are who you say you are).  However I would advise you to contact them ASAP.  Once UTK goes on the Exchanges, my opinion is it will be more difficult to initiate a refund.  The reason being, if UTK price drops on the exchanges, people could use that as a loophole to get a refund back.  So it would be in your best interest to contact them now.

Regarding KYC, it's a necessary evil guys.  If you care at all about UTRUST, and not just about flipping, you will understand why it is necessary.  UTRUST is on the path to becoming the most compliant Crypto company in the world.  I believe next to UTRUST, only Ambrosus has a similar level of compliance due to a strict KYC.  Crypto is a cutting-edge, ever-changing landscape; anything goes because it is so new.  Regulations could hit us at any moment, as the government learns how to best deal with Crypto.  If UTRUST wants to survive, they must follow ALL the rules and anticipate potential legal issues down the road, and prepare for that right now.

Who knows, in a few years the Crypto world may be so regulated that UTRUST and future companies that model themselves after UTRUST may be some of the only Crypto companies left standing.  Then you'll be glad you spared a few minutes to do KYC, and possibly some money if you needed to renew your passport.

If you invested during the ICO (not the pre-ICO) and are complaining about KYC, I don't have any sympathy because you didn't read the terms.

Many folks have successfully completed the KYC.  It really is a painless process if you come prepared with your passport, and a bank/credit card statement (or phone bill, etc.), a webcam or your mobile phone with the IDNow software loaded on it.  It only takes a few minutes.  The company that is performing the KYC is a FINMA-compliant company.  Do you honestly think they are going to sell or give out your data?  They are audited on a regular basis to ensure this does not happen.  Additionally, they are REQUIRED to securely erase all KYC data after a predetermined period of time (I believe 90 days, but I am only going by memory here).

Wow. There is another intelligent person in here. Proud to read your response. Well said.

@topswattashawn:
I left the Telegram channel several weeks ago after asking questions which were intentionally avoided leaving me unsatisfied. Although team members do reply there, these are in no way official statements to be relied upon as you can see in my previous posts. Besides, finding useful posts in this thread took too much of my time already.

Since the end of the ICO no newsletter has been dispatched and I had to crawl their different social media accounts to gather different bits of information on updates, just to find mostly generic posts advertising some videos from past months and this forum. In the end I found the Twitter post, shared it here and did some basic math.

Good to know they are making progress. Clearly the token release delay goes beyond the time frame announced in the whitepaper, contrary to the message you quoted. Why not send a newsletter as promised or announce it on the main social media platforms? Not long ago we received emails almost daily telling us about the ICO progress. This is what leaves a bad impression on me.

On the positive side, I'm glad to see that the spam has stopped and a normal discussion is possible here.

Quite happy too. There is just too much vitriol.

On another note, I do agree with you that their updates have been much less frequent. As such, I posted in their channel today and advised Rob that they should probably issue an email update to their investors, despite info availability in other channels and media, as their user base is getting restless on numerous forums. He said that that was actually in the works. It is yet to be seen, but at least they have reasonable people there.

As an onlooker, the lack of communication is doubtlessly worrisome. As an investor, I would be diligent in seeking out useful information and be patient as well.

"We started to roll out KYC to the participants at a rate of a few hundred a day. Please note that the system will send you an email once you were selected and that it selects investors automatically. Keep in mind that we had 14.000 plus participants. Thank you for your patience!"

Assuming a total of 14.000 participants and that they verify 500 people each day which is probably way more than "a few hundred", it will take another month to complete the KYC process for everyone, meaning you won't see any tokens until the end of December or probably even January because of holidays. Way to go UTRUST.

Yeah. And did you post the updated version of this post? Of course not - cause that's no way to spread FUD. Slimy indeed.

There is no updated version of that post and if so, feel free to post it together with the source.

How much does UTRUST pay you to discredit people?  Grin

If you join their Telegram group, (of which I am sure you are aware since you posted a link with conversation from said telegram group) where they are manned almost 24h/day and actively respond to user queries, you will see their Admin @rebers posted the following in response to questions:
"Right now 200/day, we’re looking to scale it to thousands a day within days." (6:55 a.m. yesterday) as well as
"And we said very clearly that we will not answer this question. I said yesterday also that we are about to scale up KYC to several thousands a day. So please stay patient and acknowledge that the whitepaper is crystal clear." (5:57 a.m. today).

No discrediting. Just an intelligent user who actually uses his resources. You seem to be keen on pushing anything negative. That is your prerogative and right, however, I would suggest you utilize your intelligence to objectively present different angles of your and their story.

I have no interest in UTRUST, nor do I get paid as you sinisterly hypothesize, however, I am a serious investor that does detailed research and there are always negatives and positives to every single investment. If any investment in the world was 100% fullproof, there would be no need for anything but said investment, and we would all be rich.

Take what you will from my statements. From your previous comments, I'm sure there will be a negative spin.

You are the only scam and you deserve to be banned because of the stupid messages you say in the forum. Just looking how you advertise Bitconnect to gain affiliates everything is said. Change the strategy mate because you are totally untrustworthy.

Silence and time are the best proofs of everything. Let them do their job and we will see what happen in the future.

Thanks God the thread is quite calm

Regards.

They have banned me too on their telegram. I don't know why, I just asked them when will the KYC process complete and the next moment, I was blocked by the admins of Utrust Telegram group. They should not treat their ICO investors like this. I have started to think they are professional scammers

Yes, You same me.
I joined Telegram to need a support for KYC. I am an Ivestor , I mistake to read KYC before buy ICO
But i think they should not banned investors same that

Bad support, seem SCAM
Very sad now

Yeah. He is definitely an idiot. People always cry scam as as soon as they don't get their way. If you are in UTRUST's telegram and you repeatedly ask dumb questions  and ignore the answers that they give you - you will be banned and you deserve to be. They have info all over the place - in T&C, on their site, on your UTRUST dashboard, in their FAQ, in THREE different UTRUST Telegram channels, in pinned messages - yet people come on and ask the same dumb questions and ignore all the information in their faces. They have 14,000 investors - YES - I would ban him too and pay attention to the real people who need help. What an ass.

WOW. "I make mistake to read KYC before buy ICO" - now they are scam. You're an idiot. Because you didn't read before throwing your money at something and now that they tell you that there are no refunds - WHICH WAS IN THE TERMS YOU DID NOT READ - you are calling them a scam. Typical ICO dummy.

I really trust this project, I am very hopeful that we are part of something great, but I bought my coins in pre-ico and nothing was said about KYC, I still dont have a passaport and in my country these documents take a long time to get it, I'm feeling frustrated with it

Ill buy your tokens from your if you cant KYC.

Hello Everyone,

I would really appreciate if someone from the community or from UTRUST representatives could help me here, since I couldn't get any connection to official support.

I have contributed to ICO in the amount of 15 ETH and yesterday I have received an email with KYC instruction.

I am a resident of Armenia and holding Armenian passport. However, at the moment I am living in Austria. I am here more than 10 years, holding Austrian residency VISA (Red-White-Red) and have Austrian driver license etc...

However, in discussion with Utrust calling center (through IDnow APP)  I was informed that no one from the listed documents is enough to confirm my identity? Could you please advice how to proceed in such situation?

P.S. With my Austrian documents I was registered and verified in many exchanges like Poloniex, Kraken, Bittrex...

Thanks.

That is really bad for you but I don’t think you can get any help from here. People in here only talks about how this project is so almighty and is going to beat PayPal, bitpay and etc even though there is not a single product is presented. If you really spent your 15 eth on this project, I feel sorry for your loss. You can drink a good glass of cold water on it.

Stop fudding and telling the man crap. As an Austrian resident, you are allowed to participate in the ICO and Austrian Passport and ID are accepted. All you have to do is redo your KYC and show them your ID and a proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, or something like that) and you will pass KYC.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] UTRUST The future of online payments is here. on: November 23, 2017, 10:04:56 PM
Tokens, which investors bought on private sale (at 2cent) will be lock for one year? right?
Interesting information, where did you find this? This will create a deficit of coins on the exchange and raise the price.

They pinned that messages on their Telegram group the same day they extended their ICO (Nov 7). They also emailed all investors at that time. It is accurate. Only about 350 million tokens will be in circulation when they hit the market. 275 mil from the ICO, 50 mil from Pre-ICO and 25 mil from bounty.
It's great that some parts of UTRUST tokens will be in hold mode this will keep token price more stable.
But most of all it will of course depend on the work what done by team

Yes. I think this token will be much more stable than people think.
1. They've locked most of the low price tokens down for at least a year.
2. They hold 50 mil for the team, which won't be circulating.
3. This KYC thing will probably weed out a lot of the weak hands that were gonna dump anyway. From the telegram group, there are so many people complaining about not being able to KYC. I'm happy they're not. They should've read before dumping money into a serious investment.

Coinmarketcap will come soon, just wait that Utrust will be on exchanges and coinmarketcap will come right after that. I think that the value on exchange will raise a lot, a lot of people support the project.

i see
but for reall we will know after utrust listed on major exchange and people intrested buy on there

We already know utrust will be in kucoin, they already confirmed it, or at least, told us they are planning to it, others i don't know, but we are all sure utrust will be on exchanges one way or another, it doesn0t matter which, at last, the trading will start even if they don't list it, there is etherdelta, idex, decentrex, altcoin.io, etc.

Kucoin and HitBTC are confirmed.
