3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why even holding your bitcoins? on: December 26, 2017, 09:57:52 AM
Why would I want to keep BTC in my investment portfolio? That's most hyped and quite overvalued coin I'd say.
There are other more technologically advanced coins. Is it because of "digital gold" and store of value properties?

You are not required to do so. To make it clear, investing to Bitcoin is a choice. It may be overhyped but surely it is really profitable. If you find other currencies more "advantageous" than Bitcoin, you are free on not to invest in Bitcoin. But I tell you thie, Bitcoin is th most profitable crypto investment ewpciaply for the long run.

Is it as profitable as it was earlier? Price is too high, transaction fees too. Easier to buy cheaper altcoins than bitcoin, cause you can earn more and spend less money...
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: get ready to buy guys on: December 25, 2017, 03:44:29 PM
I'm waiting when price will drop below $ 10-9k per coin and then I'll buy some BTC. Now market is waiting for one more correction before new road "to the moon".
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why even holding your bitcoins? on: December 25, 2017, 03:42:37 PM
I hold BTC because it is father of all digital currencies. The more father's price, the more value have all other altcoins. There are too many scams in ICO field, only top-10 currencies are less volatile than all market coins.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the current market value of BTC justified? on: December 23, 2017, 12:26:57 PM
Bitcoin is underestimated!
What value are we talking about when the users of the network are no more than 700 000 people. The population of the earth is 7,300,000,000 people.
0.0001 of the population uses it. The growth potential is simply huge. The quantity is limited. Inflation is not. The digital gold standard.

You know that you are talking like any MLM member? Yes, bitcoin have great field to expand, but too many problems must be solved. We can't give bitcoin to each person because they can't use it, that can't pay bills or anything else. Nowadays bitcoin is useless for whole world (except investment field), but community must change this situation.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin founder Charlie Lee sells all his litecoins on: December 23, 2017, 12:24:16 PM
All of his litecoins not 51% of the market though, its fine and good for him, i mean he deserve to take some profit he work hard to dovlop it right. And if he have any future project i totally into it.

I will support his future project too. But sounds crazy when digital currency founder sold all his assets. What will be with Amazon if Bezos will sell all his shares? I think market will crash and all tech industry will be in fire! But what we see on crypto market? Nothing. How is it possible?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin founder Charlie Lee sells all his litecoins on: December 22, 2017, 10:25:03 AM
Something is wrong with such deal. Why did coin founder sell all his tokens? Maybe he know something about market and its trend? We should watch closely on each large coins holder.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Will Change Everything on: December 22, 2017, 10:22:16 AM
I tried many times but failed because they thought I was cheating and they thought Bitcoin was illegal. At the time, if they accepted my offer, they would now become billionaires. I always try to explain to them about Bitcoin but it seems they are stubborn and do not care what I do. They argue that it is just a virtual currency and not worth living in the present

Its ard to convince anybody, I saw bitcoin in the news this year sadly. But that's the point if you are first you earn a lot by keeping the idea alive that's why the greater reward comes from. Good luck to you and don't listen to naysayers.
That are some black proganda making bitcoin to collapsed. Of they have planning towards bitcoin will only fails because bitcoin have fully established in the minds of the people and they absolutely defend bitcoin from falling. The communities fully support will boost cryptocurrency to become strong and make it alive.
Bitcoin has very clear examples of changing lives of people and there are many evidences which support this thing that bitcoin has tendency of making you rich in short time. I have seen many people who are inspiration for others because they had simply trusted bitcoin and are now living their dream lives. We also just need to believe in this coin and within short span, it will change our financial status.
Exactly! Bitcoin is in fact changing the living style of most of the people who are busy in investing their money into bitcoin. It is not only changing the financial status of the individuals who are investing their money into bitcoin but it is also helping the economy of a country in a better way. Bitcoin can no doubt revolutionize the present world in a way that we all will be living a very comfortable life.

What are you everybody talking about? How does Bitcoin change our life? How it can make our life very comfortale? I can't  use my coin to but products and meal, I can't use it for house rent... I can't do anything except  buy and hold, so do all of you! Of course, holding bitcoin is profitable, but coins are useless in all aspects of usual life.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the current market value of BTC justified? on: December 18, 2017, 07:25:21 PM
I somewhat agree to your point. Bitcoin was initially created to introduce a peer to peer decentralised payment system. But looking at the current scenario, I can say that we have moved out from the trail of the actual goal and Bitcoin has now became an investment asset. However, I can say the problem is with the people associated with bitcoin entirely, but the bitcoin network has also played a role in it. I mean, who would be interested in paying an exorbitant transaction fees? The current average transaction fees is 26 USD which is absolutely ridiculous. People will slowly move to technologically superior currencies like ETH or REO if it continues.

Is bitcoin investyment or speculative asset? Community can use bitcoin as gold, only for saving money and earning profit. But for payments and transaction more suitable such coins, like ETH, Dash and other. (Price chart tells that my point of view is right)
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Effects from the Bitcoin Futures? on: December 18, 2017, 07:20:44 PM
Maybe bitcoin futures reinforces the legitimacy of crypto, but there are several but:
1. What about that investors can but futures and don't buy bitcoin? The Wall Street money will flow into futures, nit in ctypto...
2. Futures price based on special combined index for which info is taken from several wxchanges (not all). So, anyone with purse of money can speculate the price.
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can Bitcoin be ban? on: December 11, 2017, 05:03:50 PM
No, bitcoin can be tried to ban, but technically it's impossible to organize.
It is not possible to control, and therefore punish for using it.
Hence the ban is absolutely meaningless.

And what will be if bitcoin and mining process will be announced illegal tomorrow? I think this is one of ways how to ban BTC and altcoins.

I guess nobody want to have problems with government and police. Bitcoin mining is easy to track if somebody needed (I mean government offices).

So, it's hardto ban bitcoin, but easy to make it illegal and control all processes, isn't it?
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Can I take more risk with stocks because i have bictoins? so it hedges in case on: December 11, 2017, 04:59:52 PM
in case of a crash.

Or what's the best way to hedge bitcoins long term?

Very incomprehensible question is written by you. What do you mean under "hedges in case".

P.S: you can do everything you want, all risks depends on your purpose and greed.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] GOLDEA on: December 06, 2017, 02:57:56 PM
Whether the payback time of the project was calculated, and how long it would take to make a profit if you redeem the tokens back.
it's quite interesting. The company is going to buy the tokens back?
I have not heard anything about it. I think the company can buy tokens on the exchange like everyone else.

Many ICO buy tokens back. They use for this part of there profit.

The only one thing disturbs me — the money collection process is too low. Goldea should spend more on marketing to attract investors or, maybe, propose more bonuses for large investors...

I afraid that if project team won't do nothing, they won't achieve soft cup goal.

Yep, it's a good idea that will increase tokens price. Big companies, especially FANG, love it, because the result of this method is price upping...
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] GOLDEA on: December 05, 2017, 04:19:58 PM
Can US citizens participate?
I did not hear that there are some limitations
Come on? The majority ICO writes that it is impossible...

Projects don't want to have problem with US government and regulators. But users still believe that some ICO campaigns will let US citizens to invest...

So, don't surprise that someone believes in such opportunity.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] GOLDEA on: December 05, 2017, 03:15:05 PM

Hi! Gold exploitation will begin in the Q3 2018.

Just follow GOLDEA to get latest news: https://twitter.com/GOLDEA_io

How long does it take from begin gold mining to realization process? Or you got partners who will buy all your gold immediately after its readiness?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] GOLDEA on: December 04, 2017, 08:15:57 PM
Tell me when will the first dividends be paid to the owners of the tokens?

Goldea plans to pay dividends each quarter after first financial results, doesn't it? So, earlier than Q1 investors shouldn't wait it. Tokens buyback is planned in Q4 2018, so somewhere in this interval.

Yes, but if you want, you can sell tokens on the crypto exchange.

Adding a token to the listing of crypto-exchange   is planned one month after the completion of the ICO

It's not clever decision taking into account dividends amount. Better wait for a while and earn more profit.

I think this project is really worthwhile as it allows to really participate in gold mining
plus you will be able to earn good money. If you buy tokens right now.
Yes, I also want to buy tokens while the discount is in effect
The sooner you buy, the more you profit. I support that.

Some project limit the tokens amount that investors can buy on pre-ICO stage. This is done for purpose to decrease number of investors who sell their tokens after listing at exchanges.
