So from the begginig i've sent $2000 c-cex wallet, it has already 276 confirmations but on c-cex it's still 0.

I've sent support ticket and waited patiently few days with no reply, but today i noticed that these btc are not in the wallet anymore.

They were transferred to other btc wallet 1 day after. This wallet has already incomes for $13000 and no withdraws

Still no reply from support, c-cex is "under maintenace" 3 times per hour and it's not possible to do anything there.

Am i going to get my money back or it is lost for ever? $2k is a lot for me, it's like most of my savings.

I am not sure but i just probably got scammed by c-cex.

so what, it's confirmed on blockchain, they just have error and it's not going through. i tried to deposit 2 more transaction and both worked

So my transaction is not confirmed on c-cex for 5 days already, but on blockchain it has over 150 confirmations. what is going on? please help me with my problem, i need this money asap.
