Has there been any update on who can claim on the deal with Missouri.

Is it still just original IPO?

Fuck this.

There was around 450> btc ($300,000) lost on Gox. (Can someone please let me know the right amount, cant find it, i'm sure its less)
Yet people throw this around as if Ken had lost the whole $6 million of pre orders.

People are stating that Ken has not shipped anything.
He has actually sold out the Gold rush cards.

Mining at 100th.

People were stating Ken could not give out dividends.
Missouri securities actually stated he couldn't take more investment. Kens lawyer stated this would not matter as there was no intention to.

People are acting like the Missouri securities fine will be the death of the company.
Its going to be  $100,000>

People are stating that the reimbursement is going to end the company.
All 10,000,000 shares reimbursed at the 0.05 would only be $500,000. Highly unlikely. And generally more beneficial to ACTM.

Ken stated he wants to refund 100% pre orders.
He has started this process.

Ken has stated he is working with Hashfast and their creditors.

...

Since the IPO bitcoin has gone up over 5x.

ACTM received a partial refund from easic (nobody knows the exact amount)

ACTM received a full refund from Avalon.

ACTM sold out the Gold rush cards.

ACTM has a working IP - Purchased for 150,000 shares.
...

As stated before the pre order money could have easily funded the 28nm full custom asic. It is not uncommon in this industry.

I have never met such a bunch of retards.

Yes the company may be struggling and on its last legs.

But could we please start living in reality and facts. Not fiction and conspiracys.

They are not giving away money they are giving out refunds.
The money came in at one point...

And yet Ken is using our freshly minted coins for the refunds. What does this tell us about the preorder funds?

Lost at MtGox (yeah right).

Only 450> about $300,000.

They were used for development of the 28nm full custom chip expected in Q3.

http://virtualminingcorp.com/

The website has gone and been replaced with refund information.

It would be nice if after the refunds have been completed, the site would be replaced by a new modern version, with some good branding and competitive instock products. Letting ACTM start on a new foot. Building a new image for the company and moving forward.

One can dream.....

This proves Ken no longer wishes to sell equipment and knows the company is over.

I know why.

Ken fears the customers because a lot of them have money and the various legal firms are working on their behalf. However Ken knows that the shareholders have no power, only Bargraphics is rich, the rest of us poor.

So Ken satisfies the customer first, and himself second. The shareholders will get nothing. I have been scammed.

Very rational.

Edit: Ken can be made aware that I am in fact the last king of Scotland, and therefore have a net worth of over £500 million. I will pay for all legal proceedings.

For those that haven't noticed, the Prestashop module has been down for a few days now.

http://virtualminingcorp.com/shop1/

"Oops, something went wrong."  Wink

Where the fuck is Ken?

That's a great question. He could at least give shareholders and customers a heads up if he is doing maintenance. What else could this mean?

This really should be the topic at hand. If people are considering shrugging off the MSD "refund" then surely they are interested in the fact that the primary revenue stream has been dead for going on four days.

Yeah, my post was a bit tongue in cheek.

I was thinking it may be due to maintenance, but then I remembered this was ACTM.

Ken should at least have posted the press release which I had to post yesterday as some were unaware off it.

The general guess is he is not taking due to the legal proceedings. Hopefully he can get on with his work hassle free now.

So have you asked peoples Asic if the 28nm has been stopped?
13  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 23, 2014, 02:16:20 PM
Its funny how when I stated that ken could be using the pre order money to fund the development of the 28nm custom chip, Bargraphics shot it down.
But he then went onto explain that he was contemplating purchasing the Peoples Asic IP and creating a 28nm chip but didn't due to needing pre orders to fund it.

Bargraphics likes to come on and act like he knows everything, stating opinions if they are facts.

The only fact is he knows about as much as the rest of us.

Jesus christ,

you do not read very clearly so I'll spell it out for you.

This 55nm was being purchased around January 20th by Ken. I was working with People's ASIC since early December on potentially being an investor in it (even before that I was getting updates).

Ken then canned the 55nm and did not fund a 28nm. How hard is this to understand? "But Bargraphics HOW DO YOU KNOW THIS!?!"
The only people capable of bringing this to life were not hired to make the 28nm, instead they were hired to help source parts for these hashfast boards (which is where all the money went).
If Ken showed correct financials you would be able to see this statement is 100% correct.

Keep on believing though!

Yet you had no clue that Peoples Asic were selling the IP to Ken?

Its not a case of keep on believing, its a case of i don't believe you.

I think you are a snide character with hidden motives.

My understanding of it is Ken is no longer allowed to issue more shares.
He stated in his own press release through his lawyer that this would not be a problem as he would not be seeking further investment.

where is Ken's own press release Huh?? Huh

Can you please show me where in the ruling this is specifically stated?
18  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 21, 2014, 04:00:33 PM
10,000,000 shares at $0.05 is $500,000
Not that big a deal.

And the chances everyone takes the deal are about zero. Maybe say 5 million shares, being generous.
19  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 21, 2014, 11:44:45 AM
There was 450> bitcoins that got goxxed if I recall correctly.
Ken stated that there were over $6 million in pre orders (up for debate).

So there should theoretically have only been 450 or so shortfall in refunds.
Lets say about $300,000 with an estimate of prices from the start of pre orders to the goxxing.

This leads me to the question - why has it taking so long to refund customers if the shortfall was so little in the grand scheme of things.
I have stated this before and nobody clicked on. It's my belief that Ken has used the pre order customers money to fund the 28nm full custom.
It is not uncommon at all to do use this model in the bitcoin space, however unethical it may be.

Unless of course you think their is something far more sinister going on.

Any chance we can get a weekly update Ken?
