There was around 450> btc ($300,000) lost on Gox. (Can someone please let me know the right amount, cant find it, i'm sure its less)
Yet people throw this around as if Ken had lost the whole $6 million of pre orders.

People are stating that Ken has not shipped anything.
He has actually sold out the Gold rush cards.

Mining at 100th.

People were stating Ken could not give out dividends.
Missouri securities actually stated he couldn't take more investment. Kens lawyer stated this would not matter as there was no intention to.

People are acting like the Missouri securities fine will be the death of the company.
Its going to be  $100,000>

People are stating that the reimbursement is going to end the company.
All 10,000,000 shares reimbursed at the 0.05 would only be $500,000. Highly unlikely. And generally more beneficial to ACTM.

Ken stated he wants to refund 100% pre orders.
He has started this process.

Ken has stated he is working with Hashfast and their creditors.

...

Since the IPO bitcoin has gone up over 5x.

ACTM received a partial refund from easic (nobody knows the exact amount)

ACTM received a full refund from Avalon.

ACTM sold out the Gold rush cards.

ACTM has a working IP - Purchased for 150,000 shares.
...

As stated before the pre order money could have easily funded the 28nm full custom asic. It is not uncommon in this industry.

Do we still have the 28nm full custom asic thing???

I wonder what the chances are that anyone having sold shares through CT since the cease and desist will be prosecuted.
Zero.  CT is nothing more than a secondary market.  So long as Ken isn't there selling new shares to new unaccredited investors.
On March 6th on Cryptotrade there was a large buy order set at .00001, and any order above that would get sold into immediately. Someone dumped over 1.3 million shares at this price in a several hour span (most at .00001001), then they pulled their buy order. It definitely felt like someone with access to the "issue-new-shares" button.
you don't have to feel anything
no new shares was issued...
you can see it on "Details" page

Shares   9682825 / 25000000 Outstanding

My understanding of it is Ken is no longer allowed to issue more shares.
He stated in his own press release through his lawyer that this would not be a problem as he would not be seeking further investment.

where is Ken's own press release Huh?? Huh

Brilliant.  The judge just asked how he would go about buying a quantity of chips and the HF dude said you wouldn't go to Amazon or Walmart.  Then the judge pipes up that he's sure he could get an Amazon or Walmart drone to deliver for a better price tomorrow.  When they all started laughing he said to the female lawyer who was on conference call, "If you're gonna laugh at the judges jokes you may as well say who you are."

This bodes well.

Edit;  the judge rules and doesn't deny the Liquidbits motion and wants to resume on Wednesday at 0930.  He also granted the continuation of an in progress transaction for chip sales.  Some lucky customer get's to see their order fulfilled.  Who are they and how many chips are involved???  Wink

At our DC working on increasing the hashrate on our Prospector and Gold Rush boards.  Sorry, for missing the update as I was traveling and did not have time to do it.  This customer might be us.  We also have alternate supplies of chips.  We also believe that we may be the only manufacture in a position to build boards with the alternate supply (Hashfast customers who have chips in hand, i.e Liquidbits) of chips.  I will be doing the final transfer of shares to CT just as soon as I can get set up.
loooking forward to seeing confirmed good news!!!!

good job Ken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ken

We now have 135 units of  Gold Rush 750Gh/s and 163 units of Prospector 512Gh/s kept idle and waiting for sale.
We aren't utilizing 180Th/s to make us $$$ either by mining or selling the mining cards.
We are losing mining revenue at 10BTC/day or 300BTC/month with these cards
Could you just clear up the site to remove all UNNECESSARY products and just place these 2 featured products on the front page...?
Otherwise the cards won't be sold before it becomes a piece of crap metal

Please concern these seriously.

I really don't get why this isn't getting taken care of right now. This is the most important thing right now if the data center is working at maximum capacity. How else should profit be made if not with selling mining cards? This is even more not understandable since it doesn't seem like a lot of work. If I am wrong with this assumption, please feel free to correct me. It looks like it takes more than 10 days since Ken has announced that fixing the website is the number one priority.

Please delete all the products that are never going to be sold, put the price of the prospector board in relation to the gold rush board so maybe some of those are sold too, and put them both on the front page. Please. Just do it!!!

We still go bankrupt if we have 5,000 boards (ie 2500Th/s) ready but neither mine or sell!

Hi Ken

How many % of the Hastfast chips have we received?
http://www.coindesk.com/hashfast-cuts-50-of-staff-denies-bankruptcy-rumors/

How bad would our situation be if Hastfast failed to deliver outstanding chips?

I am sorry that the 55nm news came from the media; however, I was waiting to announce that with the good news.

So what is that 'good news'?
