Why is the website offline and where is the whitepaper??

Hi i am new to B3 i had bought 223k on 19th n been staking it on my wallet so till today havent gotten any rewards should i wait or send my coins in a pool for better staking reward? I dont know whats better and this new masternods thing also confusing can i cont staking from my wallet or it will be useless??

Wouldnt call it a scam i say wait till month end to see any update.
