1  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin → Paypal - [Buying Bitcoins] - [www.BTC2PayPal.com] on: July 06, 2013, 12:58:42 PM
We appreciate your feedback regarding our service and we realize there is risk involved using PayPal as our payment method but so far we have had no issues with our methods. Again we would like to thank everyone who has sold to us so far and trusted in our service, especially returning sellers.
* We would appreciate if a few of you wouldn't mind 'vouching' for us if you have used our service before! Smiley

Once again, We are open to suggestions on which other coin(s) you would like us to start buying!

Kind Regards,
btc2pp

Sorry to hear about your misfortune!

We're looking for suggestions about which coin(s) you'd next like to be able to sell!

We don't want to divulge too much information obviously but have faith in our methods and haven't had any problems so far!

The majority of our recent buys have all been from returning sellers!
We welcome anyone looking to convert and would like to thank all of the previous sellers for putting your trust in us!

Heh,
Thank you.
& Yes, We've bought a few full coins now. We've mainly reduced the minimum to show our legitimacy to the community and shall continue to serve larger requests when we can afford to (We should have really had prepared out "kitty" better!)

We've asked,
We've listened,
We've updated! Wink

That was embarrassing.

We added the missing 'i' and decided to change the general font to a standard one and upped it's size.
Care to check again for us?

Thank you!

Edit: We've just implemented, selling smaller amounts! Smiley enjoy.

Thank you for your quick reply, we will talk this over and get back to you soon!
We understand the communities concerns and will most likely implement this soon, as well as maybe adding the ability to sell us other coin(s).
We also feel implementing this may in fact help us reach our desired goal faster which mean we can look into the future of phase two!

Thank you again for your interest (and advice) in our service and hope we can make this a long term business!

Kind Regards,
BTC2PP

Please see our topic in the Newbies section.
We have decided we will most likely drop the minimum amount we will buy for a trial period anyway.
Feel free to suggest how much you would be interested in selling.

Kind Regards,

Repost:

After reading through the feedback we have decided we will considering dropping the minimum amount you can sell us,
(How much would you like it to be?)

We have also decided we are staying in phase one, purely buying coins until either PayPal support Bitcoin in the future (fingers crossed) or we find another service like PayPal, where we can mold a similar service.

We would also like to apologize for giving a less than speedy response to a few recent enquiries.
Due to other commitments, the team haven't been able to commit as much as we would like to but we shall respond as soon as possible.

Also, Pleasure doing business with everyone who has so far, we've even had our first return customer! (yey Smiley) Thank you!

Kind Regards,
btc2pp

We've had a look into the font issue and it should be fixed now!
(appreciate if anyone can verify!)

Also, on a slightly lighter note,
haha!
it seems as if Bitcoin may soon be implemented into PayPal then? but it's play ball their way or no way.  .. well. Wink

Although negative, we do appreciate your feedback.

Do you mind elaborating what you mean (possibly with a picture?)
It may be your browser as we haven't had anyone else mention this.

Kind Regards,

Consider it constructive criticism and you should welcome the feedback as others may look and walk away without giving feedback. Sometimes the way a product looks is enough to drive people to it or away from it.

Looks like IE is ok for the font but the home page has different font sizes for a few of the spans. IE: We pay the Mt. Gox rate at the time is showing as 0.9em font size while
Available worldwide is showing as 0.5em font size. This looks awkward. The rest of the interface is easy to the eye.

Firefox/Chrome have this font issue. see screens. I can email you the images if you PM me, I don't want to clutter up your thread.

We thank you for reporting back to us this bug! - We'll get this sorted as soon as possible..

Also, we have a small team involved on this project and believe we can evade PP until we find a better solution for converting BTC to £/$/etc.

I am going to try it out with 1 coin, I will keep you guys posted.

So, I didn't receive any reply within 24 hours. That's some fine business you have there.

We apologize for the delay Ssoele - We had a few issues which mean't we were offline for a little while longer than expected.
We have responded to your enquiry now.

Is buying through paypal safe? I've always debated trying it but been scared to..

We believe it is safe if you trust the person you are buying/selling from/to.

We have read the other comments and although mainly negative we look forward to hopefully changing how the company is perceived.
We look forward to doing business with everyone who wishes to and can only hope, you will post back with positive reviews to show the majority our legitimacy.

Kind Regards,
