Buenas yo tambien tuve problemas con un S7 y le escribi a soporte de bitmain y me respondieron despues de varias pruebas determinamos que una de las hashboards estaba defectuosa y me recomendaron enviarlas a reparar.

So that it can work I have to reboot and it work and the hash rate is around 10-20 Ghs/s the temperature is 55-65 celsius but almost ever the S7 dont let me check his status.
The S7 V1.31 and the power supply are brand new from bitmain.
Please help me the S7 work well 24-30 hours when It was new well and after this time the hash rate fell to zero

Primeramente me recomendaron actualizar el software del minero...
Please try upgrading the firmware. Here is the link to the firmware files. You need to choose the file that matches the board frequency and number of fans on your miner: https://shop.bitmain.com/support.htm?pid=00720160511022802617GoPmQhNb06CF
Run the miner for 20 minutes after loading the firmware.

At least one hash board is faulty.
Please test each hash board separately to determine which one is defective.
To test each hash board separately: keep the PSU connectors and controller cable on one of the hash boards connected and disconnect the cables from the other two hash boards. With the miner running you can see the status of the connected hash board.

On the miner status screen defective chips are displayed as "xxx", "---" or " ASIC≠45(s7) or 63(s9)"
Since your machine is out of warranty you can either ship the part to us in China for paid repair, or you can use our out of warranty repair agent in the United States. In China our fee for hash board repair is 200-300 RMB (approximately $35 USD) plus shipping, per board
Al final detecte cual era la que estaba fallando y la deje desconectada el equipo esta trabajando con 2 de 3 y produce 3,2 - 3,5 Thz mientras el dueño se decide a mandar a reparar la hashboard defectuosa...
cada vez que inicies el minero debes esperar de 15 a 20 minutos para que comience a trabajar bien, yo a veces por la desesperación no esperaba tanto tiempo y reiniciaba el equipo y seguia en lo mismo...

Muchas gracias, lo tenía así trabajando hasta hace poco(con2 de 3 tarjetas). Y al igual que tu, cuando pasaban los 5 min y no arrancaba, lo reiniciaba.
Pero en estos días buscando una solución. Me conseguí con una solución(parcial).
Pues, mi s7 funciona a 700m por defecto(en las hashboard viene marcado 700m). Ya había intentado bajar la frecuencia antes y no tenía resultado porque se colgaba de igual manera. Hasta que un día con las 2/3 funcionando y minando(tenía como 20min minando a 3.4Th) decidí bajar la frecuencia a 600M y le conecte la tercera tarjeta(la defectuosa) sin apagarlo ni nada, en pleno funcionamiento, y no reconoció la tercera tarjeta, así que reinicie el minero desde la interfaz(un soft reset), al reiniciarlo así me reconoció la tarjeta y comenzó a minar sin problemas. Pasó de 3.4Th aprox. A 4.0th aprox(aveces más y aveces menos). No es mucho lo que añade, pero son 500GH/S que no estaba aprovechando.
Tiene 10 días sin interrupción.
Haz notado(o no sé si te ocurre igual), que cuando conectas las 2/3 tarjetas, el minero comienza a minar de manera casi inmediata? Tarda como 90sec en comenzar a minar desde que se enciende. Antes de que tuviera este problema, tenía que esperar 5min o más para que empezara a hacer los cambios de intensidad del fan cooler y eso, que es cuando empezaba a minar
