I'm one of the scammed ICO investors. Those pople promised one thing last year on the wave of bitcoin craze, and after collecting all the ICO money (1 token was ~1.2$ in the early rounds) they changed plan completely, to something that no one ever asked or wanted, or more importantly - something that is not a good investment. It was clear this token gona cost absolutely nothing with new plan.
They never gave any refunds, do not trust any word they say. What they did is proof that they have no problem taking you money and lying to you.
Scammers.
