Indeed, there are too many service options your company offered. Moving in the right section is a good idea or maybe the MOD will delete this topic and your effort perhaps be wasted.

What you're saying is 100% correct, It's a huge pressure on our security team to improve our wallet security, but each software has its weak points, even hardware wallets
could be compressed, nothing is 100% secure. But in general web wallets are not the best place to put a million dollars and we wouldn't suggest that so, We've made an algorithm that shows a message to users who have more than a specific amount to move their funds to a hardware wallet.
Still, web wallets are much faster and easier for a small budget users.
