If you have connected all as in the picture you have posted:
-Power only 1 gpu with 1 pcie cable from the psu
-Try to use only 1 sata cable for 1 riser or if you have enough free pcie cables, connect the riser without the 6pin to sata adapter

@Eronimo You might want to tell us the PSU's brand and model.
Yeah you are right, but it should work untill the connectors on the psu is melded. (not that you want this lol)
Seems like he is drawing to much power for the psu's to handle. A psu with 750W does not mean it can give 750W on the 12V rail.
I would try this: set your gpu cores to 900Mhz each. So it will draw 40/50W less on each GPU. That will probably work. And it will still give like 24/26mh for each gpu
