I have been requesting a refund since my super jupiters came in because they are not performing, and I have them all setup just fine. I have them running at 1.6TH right now, and have never gotten to even 2TH, let alone 3TH. I've requested a refund or to be put back in queue for my Neptunes that were originally ordered from batch 2.

After my 8th RMA today, Keith replied threatening me saying that KNC will no longer offer me any RMA's. So if my hardware breaks, i'm stuck with it according to Keith at KNC.

I'm pretty sure that is not legal either. Nor is withholding my refund request simply because they shipped my used hardware I paid $10,200 USD for.

I'm in talks with my bank about getting a refund, and they are doing research to begin the process of allowing me to use their team of lawyers against KNC.

I offered my bank 20% of the refund money as compensation for their lawyer fees. I will keep you all up to date. I've also informed them that there are SEVERAL other people that also want refunds and have been refused so far. Once I hear back, I will let you all know if there is any good news.

That cloudhashing site is where it's from, and I went and looked and they sell 30GH 1 year contracts for $999.

And this is a 2 year contract at 69.37GH starting at half the price he paid for it. Plus it includes that option to use earned bitcoins to get more GH every month.

Oh, and 69.37 Gigahash means it does 69,370 MH, right?

It says it started in October, and ends on October 2015. So about 2 years contract, and it says the contracts include the option to use your bitcoins to buy more hashing power . From 10-100% of your bitcoins made per month. 69.37 sounds like an odd number. So I guess that's ok. The seller showed proof they have already made 4.70BTC from it already and it just started. And the auction starts at $1000 and has a buy it now for $2000 which seems fair, but what can I offer to hopefully get it accepted and not be insulting?

What would be a fair price. I would paste a link, but I don't want someone going and stealing it from under me.
