I have been requesting a refund since my super jupiters came in because they are not performing, and I have them all setup just fine. I have them running at 1.6TH right now, and have never gotten to even 2TH, let alone 3TH. I've requested a refund or to be put back in queue for my Neptunes that were originally ordered from batch 2.
After my 8th RMA today, Keith replied threatening me saying that KNC will no longer offer me any RMA's. So if my hardware breaks, i'm stuck with it according to Keith at KNC.
I'm pretty sure that is not legal either. Nor is withholding my refund request simply because they shipped my used hardware I paid $10,200 USD for.
I'm in talks with my bank about getting a refund, and they are doing research to begin the process of allowing me to use their team of lawyers against KNC.
I offered my bank 20% of the refund money as compensation for their lawyer fees. I will keep you all up to date. I've also informed them that there are SEVERAL other people that also want refunds and have been refused so far. Once I hear back, I will let you all know if there is any good news.
