1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold or sell ? on: December 25, 2018, 03:35:35 PM
Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? I have already lost a good margin of profit with the ripple I don't want to make the same mistake with the Lumens which I Hold so should I hold on or sell out ?
it depends on the coins being held. You only decide whether to hold or sell looking at the potentials of the coins and if its a solid project that you can see a future in. Then you can hold till profit is made otherwise if its just another coin then you can sell off because some coins are pump and dump, they won't pump again even if the market conditions improve.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The number one cryptocurrency on: December 25, 2018, 03:14:33 PM
Bitcoin is still number one and according to my votes, my second choice was altcoins not existing yet to overtake bitcoin because I don't see that happening yet, not soon though. Ethereum is a strong and potential coin but can't overtake bitcoin. Nevertheless all the coins on that table are potential ones.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many altcoins are actually worth something? on: December 25, 2018, 03:07:45 PM
Very few altcoins are worth something. The coins are too much and many of them are pump and dump coins, after being dumped another duplicate comes up and so it keeps going. The top coins on CoinMarketCap are OK to watch and invest on.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what is the best coin to buy now on: December 23, 2018, 04:33:16 PM
I've heard a lot of people say, there are lots of coins that are good to buy, but I want to know, what coins are the best for me to buy?
yes, they have become very cheap so you can hoard a lot of it at low prices. I would suggest you check the top 20 on CoinMarketCap and pick, those coins are steady with potentials. Personally, I would pick ethereum, Neo, because its one of my favourite and its low right now, waves I have been seeing some great news on waves, Trx and Ont.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the ETH reach $300 end of 2018? on: December 23, 2018, 11:30:52 AM
8 days left for the year to end, anything is possible. Price of ETH is increasing and growing positively, As at today, the price has increased to 133$ so getting to 300$ before the year ends is very possible if the market keeps this steady growth.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge tokens during Bounties on: December 22, 2018, 07:48:14 PM
It really depends on the project, the price of the project, the number of participants in the bounty and the bounty campaigns he did that got him much tokens. People get huge rewards from bounties, campaigns that pay huge are signature and translation campaigns, social media campaigns pay  is not much compared to signature and translation campaign. However, its the value of the token that matters not the quantity.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who will be the new king on: December 22, 2018, 12:21:27 PM
Bitcoin is king and is going to be king for a long time. If at all any other coin will replace bitcoin, its not going to happen yet, maybe in the future that's if it will ever happen. Bitcoin is irreplaceable
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ICO or buy BTC? on: December 21, 2018, 05:32:41 PM
Investing in ICO is better than buying BTC If its the right ico. Btc is pretty expensive now, investing in ICO will give huge profit than investing in only bitcoin. Although, one has to be careful because there are many scam ICo's these days. Bitcoin has potentials already and we can trust its not scam
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why up to 80% bounty campaign extend the deadline? on: December 21, 2018, 05:24:09 PM
I think it's due to the deteriorating market situation and also ICo's not getting enough funds yet, so they extend the ICO and bounties. Its frustrating but there's really nothing we can do about it.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Xmas Bull Run!! on: December 21, 2018, 07:57:58 AM
11 months of decline.. who's ready for some positive headway  Cool

Daddy needs a new pair of shoes!!
well, bitcoin price has been increasing for some days now, its to early to know if it's a bull run or trap. We have to wait and see if its really a trap or the market has started recovering. Its actually an encouraging and good sign to see price increase. At least most people that were discouraged and felt bad about their loss will have hope again.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: December 18, 2018, 09:33:59 AM
This is quite a frustrating experience and it discourages one to do more bounties. The result is very low and not Worth it most times. Bounties this year is not worth the stress but we just keep trying different ones, you don't know the one that will give you a huge payment if you get discouraged on the ones you have done that didn't pay well. Also, there are many fake projects and projects without quality and no much potentials, those are the ones that the pay amounts to little or nothing.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jobless No More on: December 18, 2018, 09:11:41 AM
We know that there are many jobless people around world who’s suffering because they don’t have a job or they don’t qualified for the job they want.
if they know or someone introduce them about cryptocurrencies activities they have the opportunity to earn while at home or wherever they are, there are so many easiest ways to earn here , like Airdrops, bounty campaigns and many more, the only requirements here in cryptocurrency world is your knowledge and efforts,
no more resumes and any other documents to be needed.

When everyone knows about cryptocurrencies activities I think no more jobless people out there.
cryptocurrency has helped a lot of people, even those that are employed. I have been unemployed but crypto has helped me even earn better than most jobs if I were working. At this stage cryptocurrency has brought me, I can't settle for just any job.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH falls and surpasses it on: December 17, 2018, 07:25:15 PM
You predicted $70 around August this year and it sounded impossible. It shows nothing is impossible in this crypto space, the fall of ethereum is Epic. Well, the price of ETH stands at $96 as at today, it fell up to 84$, nearly the price you predicted at the end of August.we just hope it doesn't go less than this. The news about the hardfork and Constantinople should help pump ethereum.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ICO this time, yes or no? on: December 17, 2018, 07:16:59 PM
Right now, it's not advisable to invest in ICO again. Many ICo's now are not quality ICo's, most of them after waiting a long time ends up getting listed and sells way lower than the ICO price. No profit but a huge loss at the end of the day. Another reason not to invest in ICo's right now is the market situation, its not encouraging at all.. It's risky investing at this period.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano will replace ETH! on: December 16, 2018, 02:14:35 PM
Cardano is a great coin with potentials but cannot replace ethereum at least not yet, does it have the kind of platform eth has? Can it provide the smart contract platform eth provides to other tokens and coins? Cardano on its own is still dependent on ethereum. Like someone said, if Cardano is to replace ETH, then the price should increase without depending on ETH rather it should depend on  Bitcoin. Well, maybe in the future it can but definitely not now.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC in 2017 and 2018!! on: December 16, 2018, 02:00:45 PM
other than the price, what difference happened to BTC in 2018 and 2017 ago? then what is your hope for the future. according to your personal experience.
thank you!
Well, the only significant difference I see in BTC in 2017 and 2018 is the price, asides that  the difference between 2017 & 2018 is that towards the end of last year, people were investing in bitcoin and the market grew but towards the end of this year 2018, people withdrew their investments which is one of the reasons the market fell to this state. There was simply a huge pump in the market in 2017 & a huge dump the year in 2018. I hope the bull run comes soon as we are expecting and the market stabilises, that's my hope for the nearest future.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is the best decision on: December 15, 2018, 11:54:26 AM
Well, at that time you posted we all thought it was the worst not knowing that the worst was yet to come. 84$ as at today, one wouldn't believe ethereum would fall to this point from about 1400$. Selling off is definitely not the solution now, the only option now is to HODL.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if the ICO projects pay the bounty hunters in bitcoin only? on: December 15, 2018, 11:49:40 AM
Do you think paying bounty hunters in bitcoin or ethereum a good idea so that there is uniform payment among the participants? What is your thought about this? Maybe this is the first step to turn back the trust they lost because of mostly valueless coins they offered. What is your thought here guys?
yes, paying in bitcoin or ethereum is a good idea but most ICo's won't do that, they rather pay in their own tokens. I think it might be too expensive paying in bitcoin or ethereum.
