1  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: January 01, 2018, 04:22:53 PM
Bitcoin make idea of owning something come true in 2009. And time has not changed this conception. I think the most important things for bitcoin right now is stability, security and brand of first blockchain. I think that longterm investments is not bad idea even right now. But i could be wrong obv.
Every investment has its own risk wether it will be small or a big investment, or in an online investment, and as for me bitcoin ill say a good place to invest money, yes it has risks but its just a small risk i guess.. the prediction in bitcoin coming from a good source is it will pump up this coming days may it week or years but surely it will pump up.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: January 01, 2018, 04:12:09 PM
Of course not. You won't be here if it is plus, it's been developing since day one. But ofcourse there will be a time wherein bitcoin will meet its end, and that day is not today and/or tomorrow. It will take time.
I disagree massively with this part.  Stock markets are high, agreed.  This is due to stock buybacks and huge bubble P/E ratios, not fundamentals though.  Unemployment as paid by the state is low, I agree.  But the participation level is very very low, almost the same as in the trough of the recession in 2008.  People may not care about Bitcoin, but do you seriously not think that there will be an "internet money" in the future, so that you can pay for anything, anywhere without having to convert?  I think there will be, and I am essentiall betting that it will be Bitcoin.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: December 27, 2017, 04:35:55 PM
Google itself.
I guess explains bitcoin in children is very difficult. I have a nephew who is very naughty, I always show them how to look for bitcoin, but they did not want to learn it, perhaps because it is a complicated thing. I do not want to impose it, and make them become stressed. so, I decided to teach them when they were aged 10 years +
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: December 16, 2017, 04:07:23 PM
I heard about IOTA gold today
I'm so sad that I found out about airdrops kind of late. I am missing out on a few airdrops because of being a new member and everything. So now I am trying to level up my new account and hopefully some new airdrops I will be able to participate. Really satisfied with byteball so far. Trying out Stellar Lumens, I think it will be really good. Airdrops are fun.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: December 16, 2017, 04:00:44 PM
talking for myself, i choose bitcoin because it is fast and easy to use and also the value of bitcoin. bitcoin value is growing more often which is a very good thing to me.
Because it has the same store of value properties that gold has, like limited supply and the fact that anyone can mine it. Not only this, but it also has properties that gold doesn't have, like the capability to be sent over the internet, and easily stored, in a safe manner, if you take simple precautions.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: short term investment or long term invesetment on: December 16, 2017, 03:29:33 PM
For me I'll choose short term investment cause I'm not a patient man so I just want to invest in any cryptocurrency for few days or maybe a month maximum and I think short term investment is better than long term investment cause you can get profit everyday or maybe every month but with long term investment you need to hold your cryptocurrency for years.
I think Investment should be done as long term. Investment is usually done to make sure that when you need the money in the future, you can have something you can sell or you can get money. So in conclusion if you're going to invest, it should be long term.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: December 16, 2017, 03:21:33 PM
Too risky, if must invest all the savings on cryptocurrency. Unless you are absolutely sure. But, I still think it's not wise. Atleast we have money in savings to deal with sudden and important bad conditions.

You should not invest all your savings into cryptocurrencies because there is always a risk factor involved. Sometimes their is a drop and sometimes their is a rise in price. If their are chances of earning huge profits then their are equal chances of  facing loss also. So you should invest some amount of your earnings inorder to get some experience and then you should increase your investments.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: December 16, 2017, 03:14:43 PM
I’m calculate my lose with my all profit between calculate both margin . How many I’m do profit and how many loss we do and final recourse my all margin and just migrate each other , in this way I’m deal my all loss.
For me i also experience that especially in some scam coins all of a sudden being dump or lets say its not an scam alt but its normal .
I would rather sell it rather than to be a bag holder if i .So the point there is don't invest too much if you aren't ready to lose how much you invested although trading is coming with those risk but you can make lessen the risk .
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: December 16, 2017, 02:12:00 PM
Cars that are run by electricity were discovered a long time ago and was just sabotaged by this oil owners and even water can be used to run cars so they know that it will affect oil industry if this will continue and I know that they are still doing their wicked schemes secretly.
Electric cars will only be bad for the oil industry as they kind of take away customers from them. This will result to oil industry being force to lower their price in order to attract customers.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: December 16, 2017, 01:58:48 PM
It will be great if you can share the main problems you faced while trading,

appreciated

altarmy_
I understand you. Because the price is not rising. So there is no reason the trade. And it takes a good investment.
And it is very hard to make profit so I know your problem. But maybe you can try it later again when the value is higher. You never know what will happen.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: December 15, 2017, 03:10:00 PM
The main reason why people holding their bitcoins is definitely to gain a super profit. If you one of those who has been holding your bitcoin since this question appeared,  then now you are rich because today bitcoin costs very high.
I can see what you mean "in this critical situation" obviously referring to August 1st and everything that goes with it, I myself have considered moving over to litecoin to ride the uncertainty at that time but i am now thinking that nothing major will happen as long as you own your bitcoin as in you have your keys, there might be a fluctuation in the price but i can't see it being anything major.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: December 15, 2017, 02:44:31 PM
I think 20 years from now. Bitcoin will be known by everyone because its so popular and habe a huge amount of price.
To me bitcoin is too big to fail, the idea of it at least. Thus whether it will still be around isn't a question, as it certainly will be. I think bitcoin is going to change the world but I don't know how long it will take, many many years maybe. It needs to be easier to understand and easier to use. People actually have to want to use it more than the current system. When we've figured this out, and people want it, a global revolution will occur. The outcome of it? I would be silly to try and guess.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: December 15, 2017, 02:36:54 PM
They spread that kind of news just to threaten the holders of bitcoins who is in trading to cause panic selling of bitcoins so that they will be able to buy cheaper price. That is a crazy thoughts because most of the traders are monitoring the exact price of bitcoins every now and then.
I dont care why do people keep saying btc is dead
but i still use to trade and get profit for that and I never think btc is dead because many people using it and many merchant cooperate with bitcoin. so stay and enjoy. keep using bitcoin and hope go to the moon.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: December 15, 2017, 02:22:26 PM
The dream of getting rich with bitcoins is happen soon, the hope of getting rich with bitcoin is serious, now many people are buying and investing bitcoin so as to keep prices going up.
Well, my dream is also getting rich with bitcoins and it's really hard to do that and you need hard work, same as work on real life. My dream is someday i can open a business about bitcoin related.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: December 15, 2017, 01:57:13 PM
With a marketcap that has not reached $ 1 trillion, I do not think I can say that bitcoin is the strongest currency, this is because many countries have already reached $ 1 trillion even up to thousands of USD trillions.
I'd say it is definately the strongest currency on the planet...considering it is completely unique in the way it is designed and how it opperates, and is invulnerable to the catestrophic weakness posessed by fiat currency. It is only a matter of time before it is recognised as being the strongest currency, there is no debate as to whether or not it is, the debate is over when it will take it's place as no1 currency in terms of number of users.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: December 15, 2017, 01:51:10 PM
Actually not even closer to dollar , bitcoin is a digital currency dollar is a money that we can use everyday meaning it is the most powerful even though bitcoin has a more value than dollar it is still impossible to replace dollar.
Bitcoin is rising in power and demand. Price has been going upward over the last month. This is a very good sign and might be a future successor of fiat currency. I think it would definitely replace the dollar real soon.  Smiley
17  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: December 15, 2017, 01:37:52 PM
This is pointless, no one gives a fig. Also, you have to consider the fact that many newcomers just dump due to necessity or greed, dunno, and even they will learn with time, at least the ones who are serious about crypto.
Exactly, the price is going to come back to what it was eventually. Thats how I make money from other people.
I find that in fact, trading less often would have let me earn more money than i would've if I was just keeping my money in the coin.
Bitcoin and alts are highly violatile but they are on a strong uptrend.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: December 15, 2017, 01:30:41 PM
If you are not pay atention with your funds from your wallet there is a risk always, but i think the 2FA or private keys is enought for not having such problems.
It is hard for hackers to hackyour wallet if you have protection from them like passwords , two way and if your pc is also prtectes as well as your hard drive, it would be difficult for them tp make a security breach, also it is up tp the user whether they will trust their wallet to anyone. Mame sure you prioritize your wallet's security first before focusing on earning, don't be tpo greedy ypu might loose your earnings if you don't secure.it.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people says gold is better? on: December 14, 2017, 04:38:25 PM
which says gold is better because they are not familiar with bitkoin well
why I say so, because when you invest with gold, when you sell it back you will incur losses, let alone the price of gold rises very slowly with bitcoin, bitcoin increase in price is very fast, and very expensive
Gold has been the standard currency since the beginning of time. Paper money and shares of stock would be rendered useless in times of war. In ELE or Extinction Level Events, even bitcoin would be useless. Have you seen Doomsday Preppers? Gold is the standard.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should fear a cashless world on: December 14, 2017, 04:29:36 PM
Fear from hacking because if all of your money are now cashless it is prone to be hacked by someone and worrying this money will not return back to you.
We should fear a cashless world because the government can then now how much money we have and they would have to much control in my opinion. The balance in the world would not be fair at all.
