1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ledger nano / coin stuck in the recovery tool on: November 21, 2017, 01:06:40 PM
Thank you for your message, it was enough to figured it out by myself  Cheesy
I was collecting the information you wanted and I was logging in with my Ledger Nano S into my Wallet and when I log in with my Nano S I choose the coin I want: Bitcoin Cash, but in the app I always get the option to choose Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash even if I say on my Nano S what I want. Then I thought  of something, what if I do some sort of cross login? Maybe it works!
So I logged in on my Ledger Nano S into Bitcoin. But when they asked me in the app on the computer if I wanted to log in “Bitcoin” or “Bitcoin Cash” I choose Bitcoin Cash! I got the option to open the recovery tool and I did. Then I sent the Bitcoin to my Bitcoinadress and it was send!! So… I’m happy  Grin Cheesy

hi,

15-11-2017 someone sent a Bitcoincash to my Bitcoincash Split account by QR code. But it never arrived. Now I can find it under Bitcoin Cash - BTC Recovery Tool, but it is displayed as a Bitcoin and NOT Bitcoin Cash. Also I can't send it to a Bitcoin OR to a Bitcoin Cash account. It's stuck in the recovery tool and can't be send. When I tried to send i get the announcement "SENDING FAILED - An error accured. Please try again later" appears. But after 5 days, still nothing has happened. Can you please tell me how I can get my Bitcoin or Bitcoin cash out of the recovery tool.

I tried everything that's allready written in the ledger helpdesk, including reset my ledger, uninstall and install the apps (Chrome) and tried it on a new device. Doesn't work. Please help me. TY;)
