I don't know if that account is so important to you, it's a member account. You can move your current account to member with update discussions if you wish.
I suggest that the reason why your account wasn't recovered for you is that I looks like a scam account. Take a look at your signature and see what's in it.

Being able to write from my original account is important to me because bitcointalk is where all began and it has my contributions to this forum since 2013, small as they may have been, they are important to me.
I take exception to how quick you accuse my account of being a "scam account". In early bitcoin days, members often posted our bitcoin addresses in the signature looking for tips & donations with clever/playful messages. I don't recall anyone from those days complaining about my signature or the content I posted with allegations of staging a scam. It's sarcasm/joke and I'm openly warning coins sent won't be returned, not quite how scammers operate. Should a moderator request it, I'd happily reword it. When I regain access, I may also include my lightning address.
