Dear all,
I'd like to rent out a property I have in Ken Rimba, Malaysia's 1st award-winning Green Township.
Going for 1.8 BTC/month now (depends on price fluctuations)/

The Legian Residences
- Double storey Terrace House
- 3+1 Bedrooms with 3 Bathrooms
- Covered walkway to the commuter station (KTM) and nearby's a main bus terminal.

Facilities:
-Gated & guarded community with dog patrol unit
-Linear garden throughout the side lanes of houses
-Community bicycles for residents' usage for convenience
-Rainwater harvesting tanks
-Covered walkway to KTM station
-Commercial centre nearby
-Children's playground with adult exercise stations.
-Jogging tracks
-24 hours security
-Covered parking

Homes in KEN RIMBA are designed to maximise sustainability and to promote a well-balanced and eco-friendly lifestyle.

Each individual home is equipped with rainwater harvesting tanks that are ideal for lawn irrigation, car washing or even janitorial use. The large glass doors, windows and skylight roof provides the interior with greater reliance on natural light, hence encouraging less energy consumption. An indoor garden is also featured to promote a greener and healthier lifestyle.

The design and fit out of the homes were also mindful of being energy efficient, by maximizing the use of natural lighting and cross ventilation.

We are also innovative in our home design by maximizing the usage of liveable space, incorporating aesthetically pleasing and fully functional features into our homes; high window to wall ratio for natural lighting, transparent skylight to optimise natural daylight into habitable areas which have been traditionally ignored, Australian louvred windows for constant, controlled windflow, our patented breathable roof to allow heat to escape and an indoor garden amongst a host of other features.

The terraced homes are equipped with two rainwater harvesting tanks strategically positioned at the front and back portion of the homes which provide ample rainwater harvesting mechanisms to capitalise on the nature’s offerings.

Finally, extensive landscaping was planned and begun at the very inception of the project, will ensure that when homeowners do move in, they will be greeted with mature gardens and surrounding countryside.

If interested, kindly pm me.

For the record, I've 494.83919957 BTC in Coinlenders and about 75 BTC in BTCInvest. They're pretty much all of my education fund there after I voluntarily dropped out of education system.
I have not settled.

In fact, I've talked to a friend at Digital Asset Transfer Authority (DATA).
http://info.datauthority.org/wordpress/founding-members/

What irks me most is that:
1. This $1 million loss may not even be genuine.
2. TF may have also been gambling after the hack: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=329136.msg3569337#msg3569337

Wait... WAIT... this guy has been gambling AFTER the hack?!?

He actually was gambling after the hack:
https://blockchain.info/address/13VXUBDBd6Jwsz7euG59BmanHEMA5EkcA1?sort=0

Notice the LuckyBit bets and the dice bet.

So, it is an important precedent for accountability, for Bitcoin/crypto's sustainability, for those who've been harmed or who will be, and for the future.
My friend from the network also sees this is an important case in point / important precedent to set.

But we will not achieve anything if we continue "running/clucking around like amateur headless chickens" (paraphrased from conversation).

There are resources, professionals, connections, authorities, and possibilities to pursue this that I can help to connect.

[The only thing holding me back is that I've to be on-the-go/at countries probably without internet of late; so practically, I can't oversee this.]

I know some of you are thinking of pursuing individual legal actions, but really, we could be more effective with a concerted group/class actions. There are also grounds for authorities to look into this. "Every contact leaves a trace."

I've not concluded that this is a crime yet. Of course, I'd like a full settlement. But a comprehensive & honest disclosure from TF will earn compassion.

Moving forward:

A) Who is interested to pursue something collectively (regardless of whether you've settled or not)?
1. @gaston909 -
2. @DumbFruit -
3. @cobordism (reddit)
4. @thecoinjournal -
5. @chaosfox -

6. @Efflorescence - Yes

7. (Reply with your name below/there's so many people who've voiced concern - chat with them to ask if they'd like to join the force)

B) Crowdsourced Fact-Gathering
There are information laying around, for those that you've read of & anything else you could dug up, can you post some pertinent facts (timestamp, messages, IPs, BTCs, etc)

Here's a wiki I created where everyone could edit (but I'm not the best at it): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/TradeFortress_(Bitcoin)

C) Who can volunteer to pilot this precedent-setting collective community effort?

D) Community cause donation address
A tentative donation address for this cause: 12EuhPGiDkSSGeyPxdDaT4hJvTStYRicpY
I'll pass on any amount collected to the new community organizer.

I hope you see this cause to be as important as I do in setting a notable precedent to move bitcoins above shameful/shady businesses - towards what we see and envision in Bitcoin.

For our actions echo in 'eternity',
V Smiley

9  Other / Beginners & Help / WTB 100k AUD worth of Bitcoin/securities/fund/diversified portfolio (BankWire):) on: July 04, 2013, 05:56:31 AM
Hi all Smiley

I'm new to Bitcoin (though I've actually been reading about it/reading forum posts) for a few months now.
Decided to take the plunge to withdraw my investment in currencies trading and invest them into Bitcoins.
Would be super delighted to hear some suggestions on what's best to invest in? What to diversify the 100k in?
And if you've something to offer, do post it here Smiley
Ps: Any guys from Australia here (have something to sell which I can wire transfer as payment)?

Hit me back. Many thanks y'all! Have a great day ahead!
