GPU GPU's MODEL NAME: Sapphire R9 270x VRAM: 2 GB CORE/MEMORY CLOCK:1180/1450 MHz (Tried 1200/1500 but was root cause of instability in Claymore I think - Miner Hanging) HASHRATE: 198 Sol/s MINER SOFTWARE: Claymore 12.4 OS: Windows 10
Also currently got a MSI R9 270 but assume can get 5-10% less speed (once Oc'ed) due to less power draw (180w vs 150w TDP 270x vs 270 respectively).
QUESTION: I've currently got two sapphire 270x cards (exactly the same card - 2gb GDDR5) but they are different in hash rate (198 vs 193), any ideas why? not much but interesting nevertheless.

Hi,
How do you get this to work on Nicehash for cryptonight? Does it even work?
Code in run file:
cpuminer-gw64-corei7 -a timetravel -o stratum+tcp://cryptonight.eu.nicehash.com:3355 -u 1jUhyi9BophBSWjjQDSzmnfru41WzezCa -p x

Is this able to run on Nicehash's pool? How is that done using the config file?
I can't seem to get it to work with my GTX 670 running. However, considering that a 750ti is running at 8.5 sol/s and I'm running at 8.9 sol/s, I want to run this miner instead?
nope, this one is custom protocol not stratum, use genoil instead, with a lil patience and lil scripting it pays off When I add my ZEC address and change config to "nvidia" it just closes the program, is there anything I have to do to get it working?

I used to use BTCjam but definitely got scammed but still ended up in four months with a bit more than I started off with (probably 0.015 BTC) so was okay about it and covered my losses. (Started with 0.0426 BTC). Left because I couldn't be bothered to chase up defaulted loans. Went to BitLendingClub and decided that this is better as I can choose the interest rate I would like to pay and it's going well, covered any defaulted loans and BLC has enough information to contact defaulters so I can maybe see whats going on. I put in my BTCJam funds in and added a bit more so I'm trading with only 0.35 BTC so I don't care if I lose it all. Made 0.06 BTC including defaulted loans in around three months and still using it. If you don't include it, it's more around 0.13 BTC. I would (barely) recommend BitLendingClub just because the lender is in more control and I personally think the layout is more 'professional'. Just bear in mind I don't put any time into it (Maybe 15 minutes a day) and when picking loans have a quick look on FB profiles, loans and certain patterns and trends in scammer's loans. The main issue for any platform is that no platform can recover defaulted loans for you, you have to actively search out for scammers and hopefully work with them. Some people do have legitimate reasons whereas you have to make sure you don't get scammed. I guarantee most people will put more time into it and I can't dictate which is better for you, just my personal opinions. I quite like to spread my capital a lot (0.35 to 10 loans or 5 loans for example) to reduce the amount I actually lose in the long run. If you need any advice, pick an interest rate that is good for you (10% minimum seems reasonable to some so I charge it). If people are saying they can't pay it, I just won't invest, it's that simple and I won't make a fuss. . *I'm not being paid so I can say whatever I bloody want (I'm British) *

I really want to know, whats so good about PP accepting BTC? Paypal make money from fees charged by handling payments (20p + 3.5% last time I checked), Bitcoin barely has any fees whatsoever (0.0001 I get charged for a transaction) so what's PP gaining from accepting it and anyway, Coinbase seems to work fine for businesses wanting to accept BTC without problem so what will make business switch to or start using PP? The only good thing I've thought about is that Ebay might be adopting the currency meaning better presence for BTC. Any other advantages for PP?

Just to clarify, Lets say you have no idea what it's going to be used for. Thanks for your help. I know it was a bit of a silly question but my head's been thinking about this for a while and was just wondering. A question though: What other methods, other than cash in hand and in person, can be used?

I just had a thought (I'm still a bit of a Noob in Bitcoin Lets say you sell someone Bitcoin via Bank Transfer or something and the person uses the Bitcoins for illegal purposes, are you liable for whatever they use it for? I've only had this thought because of all the press coverage about BTC and Drugs ETC and also might sell soon. Thanks

Basically, at some point in time, I would need to transfer BTC to my bank account in some way. The problem is that I live in the UK so I cannot use services such as Dwolla and Coinbase because they need a US Phone number, ZIP codes etc which, for obvious reasons, I don't have and Bitbargain charge 0.1 BTC (or around $70-80) to register which is a huge amount of money. So, is there any other way on transferring BTC to GBP easily? Also, I would like to mention that I probably wouldn't have a lot of BTC (<0.5 at most) so selling it would be unpractical. I don't mind going from BTC to other currencies first, then that currency to GBP as long as the fees are low and that there is a way on storing the other currency. Thanks Kevin

I'm not particularly that bothered about who knows the information but, for obvious reasons, I don't want my bank account hacked just because someone else managed to find the information.
Also, is there any way on Bitstamp to verify without sending details such as phone verification or something along those lines?

Hello, Is it safe to give Bitstamp and Mt.Gox your Bank Statements, Passport etc? Bitstamp does state that it has to be in it's entirety so I'm assuming no censoring the important bits such as sort code, bank account number etc. thanks, Kevin
