I would definitely say - Yes!
Neo is one of the project which will have a bright future I guess. China will support it! And not only China. I read about upcoming partnerships from
all over the world. Neo is one of my top 5 favorites of all altcoins. Just do some research about it and I am sure that you will think about it the same way.

Fact is that most traders lose money daytrading doesn't matter which market we talk about. Daytrading is very risky and without a very good strategy and strict risk management you will not be successful in the long run.
I would always prefer hodling. But if you like trading then just take a little part of your money and try it. Who knows maybe you are good doing it

As we all know the market is not always very objective about a project, so it also depends if maybe there will be a high demand coming out of nowhere and pump this coin.
Circulating supply is low and it is on bittrex so that could be interesting for traders if they start focusing on the coin maybe because of news etc.
Let's say that doesn't happen then my guess is about 3€ by the end of the year.
