1  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Bitcointalk forum accounts for sale. on: July 10, 2013, 04:55:58 PM
I have a collection of bitcointalk forum accounts for sale. I have many from 2012 and 2011, but just a few from 2010. They all have junior member position with around 4 hours of login time and around 2-6 posts. If you are intending on using these for giveaways, these account have all been used on the Ripple giveaway thread. For now I would like to sell these individually or a few per transaction. If you seem like a reputable user I will go first, if not I'd like you to or we can use escrow. Post here if you are interested. I'll gather a few offers for starters, I'm not sure how much these are worth or if they are even worth listing. No bs, and please no trolls.  Wink

Nice that is great.

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] FIRST Feature-length Documentary on Bitcoin, 100% BITCOIN FUNDED! on: July 10, 2013, 04:52:50 PM

bitcointhedocumentary.org

I am proud to announce the first feature-length documentary that will focus entirely on BITCOIN!

Along side captivating interviews from celebrities and experts around the Bitcoin scene from all around the globe, external experts from the fields of law, politics or science will also talk about Bitcoin and what it could mean for society, economy and the World! The only thing we need right now are Donations! Wink

Its gonna be the first Bitcoin Documentary and it will be 100% Bitcoin funded! All donations will come from supporters and sponsors in the form of Bitcoin.
We are in the talks with a major supplier of BTC chargable debit cards, that will enable us to spend ALL neccessary expenses that CANNOT be spent in BTC, WITH BTC! Instead of paying with EUR or USD, we can just top up our account with donations in the form of Bitcoin and say: "Hey, you dont take Bitcoin? Here, take my Debit card instead. Its a Bitcoin card!"

On top of that, this project aims to be as open and transparent as possible. Everyone that has a good idea for an interview or how to make the movie/site/planning better is encouraged to take part! We will account for all the expenses in our blog, post current pictures and videos from the sets and turn this whole movie into a full fledged crowd funded, crowd sourced project of the Bitcoin Community!

First interviews have already been arranged with the owners of Bitcoin.de, Germany's largest Bitcoin exchange as well as privacy experts Frank Braun and Jonathan Logan from shadowlife.cc and conducted with Trace Mayer, among others. We are in the talks with many more parties and also focus on Experts opposed to Bitcoin, because no good movie goes without good a conflict!

Today Bitcoin.de announced a partnership with Fidor Bank AG.

Anybody knows what the impact of this will be ? What services will Fidor Bank offer to bitcoin users ?
Oliver Flaskaemper seems to do his homework regarding legal risks...Germany gets more and more interesting for bitcoin investors.

We need banks like these in US..

9  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: PPS vs PPLNS for GPU Mining on: July 10, 2013, 04:47:10 PM
Hello, I am new to mining and this forum.

I'd like to know the better option for mining. Basically I am doing casual GPU mining at a rate of roughly 600 MH/s with probably an additional 330 MH/s with the Erupter. Please don't state that buying the Erupter is a bad purchase because it was already bought LOL. I am trying to run this pretty consistently but like to stop it while I use the PC for regular use and gaming. The fans really bug me.

Anyways, I am using bfgminer with set temperatures to rest resulting in one GPU to rest quite often (not sure if this is relevant).

I know the basic difference between PPS and PPLNS but am wondering which would be a better option for my use.

Thank you brother freind

13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Coin Bomb on: July 10, 2013, 04:45:39 PM
http://coinbomb.com/#

Has anyone tried this? Principle is pretty simple. You have to buy bomb from previous owner. After that price rises by fixed multiplier. When somebody buys the bomb from you, you make profit. When the bomb has been bought timer starts counting towards zero, owner has 24 hours time to find new buyers or the bomb will explode and he will lose his coins. More expensive bombs allows you to make more profit, if someone buys it. There is also possibility to win instant jackpot.

You can also buy bombs with litecoins.

I think there are other "games" like this one to be found also.

Coinbomb is the bomb!
