Talks floating around say somewhere around the first quarter of 2018

Wow thats cool. That man has a lot of clout on the Crypto world. This is certainly one to look out for

Yeah, I'm kinda betting on Nucleus Vision too. I like the idea of bringing crypto into the mainstream, by introducing it alongside everyday use with fiat. This will help it gain acceptance faster. Plus, once you integrate it in to the retail ecosystem with major retailers, people will be far more trusting.

Nucleus Vision has Ian Balina on board? That's pretty big, man. People treat his twitter feed like a religious document. How did they manage that? I mean, I've heard of Jibrel, but Nucleus Vision is relatively unknown to me, and now I hear that they've got huge investors on board? XD I mean, I think their retail cryptocurrency + IoT project is great, but how come they haven't invested much in marketing?

I don't really see a connection between the fork and ICOs, but I agree that price surges are usually good for ICOs, because of the higher investment potential, but it's shame Ethereum didn't take off in a huge, HUGE way. There are some killer token sales coming up, and I'd really liked to have more to invest in them, especially AppCoins and Nucleus Vision.

How long is the ICO going to last. Can anyone please help me out??

The only ban in place in China is an ICO and a cryptoexchange ban. Every Chinese citizen is still free to mine and transact privately using any cryptocurrency. And China can still drastically affect the price of Bitcoin by completely banning it. This could lead to a severe fall in the value of Bitcoin, although I surmise that other miners around the world will attempt to quickly close the gap.

Are these tokens transferrable?

Maybe you don't have trust in JP Morgan, but that doesn't mean they're not smart. They've bought into bitcoin for a reason - to make money. These guys are smart enough to pull off one of the biggest scams in the last decade, and not get caught! That takes some serious intelligence and political pull, so if they've invested in Bitcoin, so should you!
Have you put a cap on how many tokens a single buyer can purchase?
Yeah, I kinda agree with the above, except the part about recommended ICOs. I mean Monero and Nucleus.Vision are obvious investment opportunities, but I'm not so sure about Leverj. I'd rather go with Pryze or Naga, or even better, shunt some cash into IOTA.

Don't wait very long, at most a couple of weeks to gauge the immediate price fluctuations, and then buy when it dips a bit. It's almost certain that the price is going to drop a little anyway, since people will begin selling for a profit after the recent surges. This way you can also liquidate for profit in the short term. And just to give you an alternative investment, I'm going to be investing both Bitcoin and 3 ICOs - nucleus.vision , Leverj and Universa.io Why? Well, I see these tokens rising more percentage points than bitcoin in the near future and will probably make for solid long term investments.

Mining hardware is a bad choice unless you live in a country with cheap internet and electricity, and even, it only makes sense of larger scales. $2500, will not likely be enough to establish a mining operation that can reasonably be expected to turn a profit in a short period of time. Go with bitcoin.

How does the translation program work? Do we have to translate the work first and submit or do we register and wait for Nucleus team to contact us?
Don't go with Bitcoin AT ALL! Your best bet is buying Eth or IOTA and a small percentage for tokens. Although be warned, not many tokens are really accepted outside the cryptosphere, So I suggest you consider this a high-risk, high-return, long-term investment.
